"I’ve used safelite before and haven’t had an issue. I don’t know what was going on with the guy they sent out today. My original appointment time was 12-2. Guy (Corey) shows up at about 4:10. He calls me from my driveway, which I thought was suspicious. Never rang doorbell or came to my door. I went outside and he told me he had the wrong windshield and couldn’t do the job. He offered no solution other than he could order the right windshield. I told him I’d take it to a local shop and get it done. Neither he nor his manager seemed too concerned about having to refund my money or for having me wait all afternoon. Since he was running late and it was about to get dark, Cory didn’t seem too enthusiastic about doing any work. In my opinion if there were additional questions about which version of windshield, then someone should have asked during the appointment setup. It also wouldn’t have hurt to show up with both types of windshields if there was any doubt."
