"While expensive unfortunately it had to be done. Not that they are any more costly than other companies but it did seem like quite a hefty price for about 3 hours worth of work at over $1,000+ dollars per hour. Well aware of the type of cost that goes into equipment, materials, etc. but still seems a bit overpriced. All that being said, everyone from Steve that explained everything & set it up to Spencer, Oscar & Phillip that performed the job with great care & expertise to Adam with a follow-up visit on the same afternoon to make sure all was good, the team did exactly what I asked that had to be done bring our concrete aggregate front porch steps back to their original position from having settled about 5-6 inches and unlevel!! Would use them again if I had other issues that needed repair with regards to foundation/structural repair."

"One complaint. The clean up was not very good. I had to ask that they remove large pieces of concrete that were in flower beds. Also, the new concrete looks messy and I canâ t remove the grate for clean out"

"It's a small house but they did a lot of work.  They had to take these big beams and the big long boards next to the ones that were already there that were termite infested.  My kitchen had sunk to the point that if there was any liquid on it, it would pour under the kitchen table.  It was no small job I guess.  They didn't crack the ceiling and I was so afraid that the house was so old.  I had the kitchen repainted and redone and was really afraid that I was going to see some cracked walls but all I saw was some doors.  I do have an issue that I need to call them back on because some doors are sticking now that the floors are even.  Other than that I was pretty pleased with them.  I don't know enough about what they did or how well they did but it appears that they did well.  If they respond to my problem that I'm having right now then I will use them in the future."

"We can't say enough great things about working with Benn at Gulf Coast Foundation.. In particular, Benn was prompt, professional, and very helpful. Benn listened, answered our questions, and was very patient as we expressed our needs, concerns, and expectations. Benn explained exactly what he would be doing to raise the concrete decking, around the pool, at our rental property. He did just that; he raised the concrete about 2â flush with our coping around the gunite pool. We were all very pleased with the results and the fact that our snowbirds were not disturbed for weeks while the concrete was demolitions and repaired was an added perk. This poly fill process took about four-five hours from start to finish. The finished project looks awesome.
