SE Curbing and Concrete (Mike) was very helpful in providing references and arranging meetings with home owners that had used him to allow us to see his work. After some scheduling conflicts ( he stays very busy) he met my wife and I at our home and gave us an estimate for the work. It seemed there were a few other scheduling conflicts but he finally started and and did a great job. The only gripe I might have is that he seems to run the concrete where it is easiest for his men to do the work, and not necessarily where it wouldn't cause future problem with lawn care, or where I might want it. However, I accept some of the blame for that since I didn't stop him and have him do it over, and there was one area my wife wasn't happy with and Mike did re-poured that area with no complaints.
I asked Mike about doing some concrete repair on my porch involving some decorative design work, but he has never gotten back with me or provided drawings of his ideas.
If you can get Mike to do the work, he is good at his craft! I would definitely use him again.

Once they got started, Mike and his team were very efficient. They were difficult to get scheduled and did not always return calls / emails (ended up taking about 10 weeks from their quote to the install, after they had estimated a month). When they said they would do the install (called the day before), they showed up on time and got right to work. They removed the sod where the edging would go, and put down the edging. They put down 1 coat of sealant the day of the install and come back 30 days later to apply several more coats. The edging looks great, it's a family run business that pays attention to the detail.
