We pride our company on reliability, communication, integrity and quality work. We strongly believe in giving our absolute best in all of our projects, no matter how big, or small. "The work itself was excellent - the workman was courteous and meticulous. My patio was expertly patched and painted. The person who communicates with clients is very prompt, AND he could improve the quality of his professional communication. He answers the phone very casually ('this is Tim') rather than with the name of his company. He never once referred to me by name, which suggests that he may not pay attention to such things. He gave me an unrealistic estimate of the time it would take to complete the job given the tasks required (though the person who performed the work affirmed that it would take two days). Though I had given him a paint card with the color and number, he was unsure what color I had chosen and waited until after 11am on the day the painting was scheduled to take place to call me and confirm. A more efficient approach would have been to follow up with me yesterday so that the workman could possibly have gotten an earlier start. "

"Jeff came out to the office to assess a cabinet that was damaged due to water damage. He was reliable and efficient in taking care of the damaged cabinet and restoring it to as good or better than new! Jeff was very personable and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a small or complex job. Jeff has the knowledge and tools to take care of whatever the project entails. "

We are family owned and operated. I have over 35 years of experience. I am a state licensed home builder, state licensed landscaper, and state licensed ornamental turf pest control. I carry workman's comp insurance and liability insurance. I have five employees. Payments can be made as follows: when job is complete, 30 days net, partial financing, draws, etc. We sometimes have pre-season and post-season promotional specials, repeat customer discounts, and sometimes referral incentives.

Plaster Repair questions, answered by experts

How long it takes to repair a ceiling depends on the extent of the damage. Patching a small hole might only take a few minutes, while repairing a water-damaged section of the ceiling could take hours. If there are structural issues, expect your ceiling repair to take several days or longer.

It’s not a good idea to plaster over broken plaster (unless by broken you’re referring to cracked, in which case that’s perfectly fine). However, broken plaster can be a sign of a larger underlying issue like foundation damage or severe damage to the lath holding up the plaster, so it’s worth investigating before you simply plaster on top of the damage.

You can apply plaster over plaster, but before you do, check the stability of the existing plaster. If it’s been there for a while, it may require a base coat of PVA emulsion. This will make the existing plaster less porous and ensure the new and old plaster adhere properly.

Common causes include water leaks, settling, and impact. Address underlying issues to prevent recurring damage.

Although their applications are very similar, no drywall compound and spackle are not the same thing. Spackle is a bit thicker and is used to patch holes as it dries quickly and is easy to sand. Joint compound shrinks a bit more and can be more temperamental to spread. However, one benefit is that you can use joint compound as spackle (for small jobs), but you can’t use spackle as joint compound.
