All in all, I was very disappointed. I did not get a discount for selecting them from Angies List which the ad said I would and then to find that my house was not near as clean as I had expected for a deep clean. It has been almost 2 months since they cleared the land and yet there are still torn down trees and brush just littering the lot. WHEN THEY PUT THE NAILS IN THE WOOD, IT SPLIT THE WOOD AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM AND THEY JUST PAINTED OVER IT.
THE SOFIT HAS A JAGGED EDGE WHERE THEY CUT THE WOOD. THE PAINT IS ALREADY PEELING OFF AFTER ONE MONTH.
THE PANEL THEY PAINTED UNDER THE KITCHEN WINDOW IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE LOOKS LIKE CRAP. THE OLD PAINT WAS PEELING OFF BEFORE THEY PAINTED AND ALL THEY DID TO IT WAS HIT IT WITH A WIRE BRUSH AND THEN PAINTED OVER IT. ITS OBVIOUS WHEN YOU LOOK AT IT BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THE OLD PAINT UNDER THE NEW PAINT THAT WASN'T REMOVED. WHEN YOU WALK UP TO THE HOUSE THAT PANEL UNDER THE KITCHEN WINDOW IS THE FIRST THING YOU SEE.
AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE I CALLED BUT GOT THE ANSWERING MACHINE. I LEFT A MESSAGE BUT NOBODY CALLED BACK. WHEN I SENT THE PAYMENT IN, I WROTE ON THE BILL THAT THE CASING THEY INSTALLED AROUND THE GARAGE DOOR WAS CRACKED IN TWO PLACES BUT THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP OR CALLED.
THE GUY THAT COMES OUT AND DOES THE ESTIMATE IS NOT THE GUY WHO DOES THE WORK. THE COMPANY SHOULD FOLLOW UP ON THE WORK THAT THE SUBCONTRACTOR DOES. In 2019, I was expecting my third child during July in southeastern Alabama. The person called out had previously fixed my refrigerator in March 2019 and was kind of off in social skills, but his helper was someone I had known previously, so I brushed it off. My air conditioner was repaired...

These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
