The new dishwasher is installed and working. That's about all I can say that's good. Not only did installer chip part of my countertop, he also chips off parts of fiber board under lip of countertop so that mounting brackets are not attached to anything. Also dishwasher was not installed evenly. When contacted, owner said he was sorry but did not offer to refund any of the 175 dollar installation fee. Will not be using this company again and will be warning all my friends about the lack of professionalism

Problem was dryer was shutting down 10 seconds after starting, every time.
Repair person was here on time and went directly to work.
After a bit he decided to cut off the power and turn it back on. That seems to have fixed it b/c there is a computer board in the dryer.
He did not mind my getting in his way to remove tons of lint that had accumulated around the inside of the machine.
He was friendly but working constantly.

Outstanding!!!! Made an emergency call for us as we were a day away from leaving for our cruise and the dryer quit! They came right over and repaired the problem super fast. Have called them on numerous occassions with AAA+ service each time.

The freezer that wasn't working had an on/off button and someone had pushed the off button (probably the toddler grandson). We were not aware of an on/off button so he really didn't do anything to that appliance. The circuit breaker to the refrigerator had cut off and we were unaware of that as well. I also asked him to check the ice maker in another refrigerator and he said in the line was stopped up and I would have to call a plumber for that. So he really did not have to do a repair to any of the appliances so I can't judge as to his work; however, he was punctual and professional and I will use him again.

They ordered the part, were in and out in time, and the washer works great, until it breaks again anyway. I usually try NEVER to hire out to have something repaired because I seem to ALWAYS have to deal with incompetence, or with them trying to rip us off, but not the case with these guys. I definately recommend

My fairly new high dollar fridge quit. The parts were more than I thought, but they were excellent to deal with.

They were honest and pretty prompt. I'm not sure of the cost because it was a warranty repair. The man was really nice. I don't have anything negative to say about them. He was really good. He didn't make a mess and made sure everything was the way he found it.

The cord from a pair of my son's athletic shorts became caught in the front of the drum in my dryer and I had to cut it to get the shorts out. The dryer had begun to make a loud thumping noise. This happened on the week-end and I called at 8:00am Monday morning for a service call. The repairman, Steve, arrived within a couple of hours of my call. He was friendly, courteous and fixed the dryer within 20 minutes. He showed me where part of the string had gotten caugt in the upper felt seal and caused the drum to be out of alignment. The only charge I received was for the service call, $60, which I felt was a bit high but I certainly couldn't complain about the quick response. While Steve was not dressed in a typical "repairman" uniform he did drive a company vehicle and I liked the fact that he took the time to show me what happend and exlain it to me.

I called Tri-state again b/c the dishwasher started leaking. the repair guy told me it had a chance of leaking again so I wasnt suprised. the receptionist was so nice when I called. she called me back the same day to let me know they ordered the part and would come out when it was received. the next day they called and he came out. He spent a good 45 minutes or more working on it just to discover the side walls at the door were warped. He said he had seen it before but there is no way to fix it. His recommendation was to replace the dishwasher. I asked how much I owed him for his time and he said nothing! I thought for sure you need paid for your time and he said nope, he couldnt fix it so he wouldnt charge me for the visit. I will definitly be using their company again in the future for all my appliance needs!

My dishwasher was leaking randomly out the side of the door. I called Tri state b/c they were close to where I live. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. she said the tech would call before they came out and she could have someone here today. I thought Great! Steve called me 20 minutes before he arrived. when he arrived he asked what it had been doing and went right to work. He discovered in a very short time what the problem was and he told me what he needed to do to fix it and I said ok and he fixed it. I like the fact that before he fixed it he told me what the solution was and that it was minor in costs. He was out the door in about an hour. it cost $90. I thought that was a bit high but it did cost $60 just to get him in the door, so a $30 fix isnt bad. One thing I did like was that he did let me know that the repair would buy me another 2 years or so. it was good to know up front in about 2 years I will need a new dishwasher so it wont be a surprise when it does happen.
