The tech then told us on Fri morning that the part wouldn't be in until Monday. Our area was under a heat advisory, and at no time did the tech display any sense of urgency, nor did they attempt to obtain the part from any other supplier in the greater Bham area. Extremely poor communication, planning, and service. I will NEVER use Ontime again."

They didn't really talk to me about the condition of my crawl space other than what they had fixed. We paid over $10,000 and they refuse to give me an itemized invoice that listed their expenses. I'll have to hire someone else to come back and do the work I originally hired them for. I would not recommend them to anyone. It took forever and there were always different people coming to my house."
