Absolutely unbelievable!! My garage door hardware was damaged. I called Charles at 10 AM to see when he could repair the hardware since I could not open the door without further damaging it. He told me that he could repair it the next day. I asked him if he could squeeze me in today. He said he would see how the other jobs went. He called me at 2 PM. He said he could fit me in in between another appointment, He arrived at 2:35 PM and my door was repaired by 3:20 PM!!! Charles is brilliant, efficient, friendly, and extremely talented. I recommend his company 100%-without hesitation.

New opener installed. Works flawlessly. Programmed other remotes so all remotes operate both garage doors.

Wow! Our original garage door failed, falling on our cars on a Friday. Mr. McDonald and his wife came over the same afternoon, stabilized the doors and allowed us to get our cars out. He returned with a fully insulated door the following Monday. He removed and hauled off the defective old equipment, and replaced it with an outstanding new door in only about two hours. He's amazingly skilled, and gave us an exceptionally good price on the work, leaving us with a significantly improved door. Highly recommended!

Called on a Saturday evening expecting voice mail. To my surprise, he answered the phone and said he could come in the morning (on a Sunday!). He arrived at 10am sharp as promised (on a Sunday!) and completed the work quickly at a fair price. Could not recommend more highly!

Charles called ahead of his appointment time and asked if it was convenient to come about a half hour early as he had finished his prior job. Charles looked at the door and immediately saw the problem. The original builder had not braced the door properly where it was attached to the opener. He installed a metal brace the length of the door, tightened the hinge on the opener and lubricated the springs. He also checked the second door and found it had not been braced correctly so he took care of it to avoid a future issue. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to do the work. He will definitely be the person I call if I need future garage door repair.
