Great. Both leaks were fixed and some needed repairs were also done at the same time to take advantage of the labor required to fix the leaks.

They called to tell me that the battery needed replacing. I decided to just replace it myself since that's all it was. After replacing it myself it still wouldn't start. I called back and they walked me through several diagnostic steps over the phone for about 30min. Very friendly and helpful. It ended up being a security feature that prevented start after replacing the battery. But I have and definitely will continue to use the Garage for my auto mechanic needs.

They wanted to test drive the car and inspect the it before any work was done. They discovered that the issue was with the control arms and ball joints. They repaired it and now it handles like a new car again.

Everything has been going well with their service. They do not pressure us into more work. I do like their pricing for the timing belt as well as the oil changes. Oil changes are about $35. We have used them a few times and have always had good service.

I figured I was in a good place when one of the women in the waiting room shared that she only used the Garage and she lived nearly an hour away.
The work was performed over 2 days--they warned me that they were busy, but I was out of town so I didn't care. I had them fix everything but the sunroof motor--that was going to cost $400, figured I would get that addressed another time. They were honest and reasonable. All of my vehicles will now go to the Garage. I trust them.

Truck started overheating. They replaced the thermostat in one day. Even took care of helping get a rental car. Richard Roberts is a first rate guy. Very honest and genuinely cares about his customers.

My son took his car in for a grinding noise under the hood. Turned out to be the power steering pump. When they looked at it he also gave them a "wish list" of other repairs. They gave him a detailed price for each item. He had the timing belt replaced which includes replacing the water pump, belts, etc. He is going to have further work done there as budget allows. I went with him to pick up his car and was impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. I plan to take my 2003 Toyota there for repairs as needed. Let me honestly add that the power steering unit started leaking on the way home and the steering became hard. I took it in the next morning. They got right on it and had me out the door in 15 minutes. A "crush" gasket was not crushed enough upon instillation. They fixed it, tested it, drove it and apologized several times for the need to return.

I called that morning and was told to bring my vehicle that afternoon. When I arrived, the person behind the desk was courteous and helpful. He kept me informed with the progress of services. I had another problem that needed checking out and it was done without an additional charge. Not long after I arrived, the services had been completed. The price was also reasonable.

Called in the AM. Bob said bring the car in they would take a look. His estimate better than others, took two days. Good experience. Bob is very nice. (Only problem) They did not screw in the under carriage well and it came off on the freeway on the way home. But I called Bob & he said he'd fix it. We ended up fixing it ourselves.
