"There is nothing wrong with the job. He is complaining because I decided not to go back and do a concrete curb that was not part of the deal. When we finish pouring the entire driveway he was supposed to give me a 3rd payment but he said that the bank didn't have any money. That was a red flag for me. How could the bank didn't have money?. When we come back to take forms up and clean up he wanted me to do some extra work or he was going to hold $5000. He was cursing and being mean about it. He wanted me to pour concrete around a drain pipe that goes under the driveway something we already done on one side even though that is not part of the driveway. The other side didn't need it but he wanted it or he was going to hold $5000. I told him that I was going to make it look better so I could get my money and he agreed on that. After he calm down he wanted to talk business he said. He wanted me to do the curb I was mentioning earlier but he didn't want to pay the price so we agreed on a really cheap price. He still wanted to hold the $5000. But I told him that this was a different deal that he needed to pay me the rest of the money for the driveway. When he was on his way to get the money he stopped by where I was working and showed me a gun that he had on his pocket and said to me that he have it for just in case someone tries to fool with him. He went ahead and paid me .i told him that I was going to make a trip to the beach with my family and when I come back I was going to work on the curb. To be honest I feel afraid when he showed me the gun and the way he was acting expecting me to do extra work and didn't want to pay me. And the only reason that he paid me was because I was going to come back and do more work for a price that he decided. I hope you understand that if someone is trying to make you do extra work or hold your money or intimidated with a gun is enough reason for not go back and work for them."
