I am an independent handyman. If you have been told your project is too small give me a call. I work mostly alone but can get help if needed. I give free quotes on any work (some quotes might be over the phone). My minimum charge on any work I do is $150. This covers up to two hours of labor. Steven did an unbelievable job. I feel like I almost have new cabinets and can't believe the differnece he made. His attention to detail is impeccable - I couldn't find a single paint chip after the exterior paint work he cleaned up so thoroughly and was surprised how much they were able to scrape off before painting. This is the 2nd time Steven has helped out and would highly recommend and definitely hire again!

It went very well. Very timely and quality work. Steven was responsive, courteous, and punctual. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I've got 39 rental properties and have had numerous contractors over the years. Steven's price was very competitive and his work was top notch.

"Thank you for the feedback. I did this job for him even though it is outside of my normal work area. I had to figure in an hour and a half round trip driving time as well as my normal work charge. I let him know the price in my very first response to him and did not change it. Most providers will not even do these small jobs but that is a market that I serve. I always try to charge reasonably but I can't drive an hour and a half and then only charge a simple hourly rate for 20 minutes of work. As far as responsiveness I am not sure exactly why I earned a B. He contacted me on Sunday and I did the work on Thursday of the same week. In between that time we exchanged 6 messages and I left my phone number in each one. He never provided his phone number so I was only able to contact him through the Angie's List message center."

Excellent! He came out quickly to estimate the jobs, quoted me a reasonable price, explained how the repairs would be made, and arranged a good time to make them. He arrived on time, was professional, fast and did excellent work. I will definitely use him again if I need a great handyman.

Steven did a great job - the door is sturdy and he added flashing to prevent water damage. I would highly recommend him will try to get his help for any future projects!

He arrived on time, repaired all the little things I asked him to: the dining room table was sagging, a toybox hinge had broken, an outlet cover was broken and would not stay on, a pantry door was off the hinge, etc.

He did a good job. I don’t remember any problems with scheduling the appointment. The only thing that he did not love was the fact he needed to use my restroom, which I would have preferred that he had done that before he came into my residence. I have got a quote for the services that he provided. He ended up doing everything I needed and more for less than half the price I had been quoted to have the service done outside of Angie's List. When I got that quoted from someone else, it was over $300. The service that I bought was handyman service for two hours and basically anything I needed done in the house within those two hours.
