We thought that their was something wrong with the heater, and it just turned out that the thermostat just needed replacement, So he just replaced the thermostat and worked perfectly fine.

They were very professional and punctual. No more problems with the heating unit after repairs. Finances were handled via my insurance agent. I would gladly request their services again.

I had new gas lines installed.  They brought the heaters and hooked them up but have not returned to light the hot water heater.  I've called them 4 times and sent 2 emails but still no hot water.

I called Ron to help me with a leaking water heater. Unfortunately he is not licensed to practice in Shelby County and that is where I live. However..he told me how much a new water heater should cost, labor and all and what kind to ask for. I sure wish he could have come here.

Techs removed broken hot water heater and replaced with new heater. They even replaced the grease trap elbow under the kitchen sink at no charge.

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning  was very good.  They have an open communication. I can see what they're doing and they inform me of what they're doing.
