Bathroom sink faucet began leaking (the faucet itself, not the water lines).  This was somewhat of a disappointment, as I bought the faucet myself from Lowe's when I had the bathroom remodeled about five years ago, and it was not a cheap faucet. I first called Caldwell and Sons, a business with which I had done business before, with good results.  They were swamped with calls and had a van down for repairs, and so could not respond as quickly as I would like.   I saw on Angie's List that Ron's Old Time Plumbing was rated highly, so I called that business.  The owner, Ron Rothenstein, responded promptly.  He found that the faucet needed replacing, which I had suspected, and stated that he would have to order one. He did so, and it was delivered to him on Friday, July 31.  He came out Saturday morning, August 1, and installed it.  The faucet was $130, and the rest was labor.  He did not mark up the faucet. He was congenial, affable, and professional. I would use this business again.

They were absolutely fantastic and they did an excellent job. They arrived early for the job, and he and his helper were very friendly and very pleasant to work with. They explained every step of the process. I initially had the more expensive pump and he checked around and got a new pump for $200 cheaper. He was conscientious of doing it for a fair price and he went out of his way to make sure I got a good deal. They were efficient and very quick. I would recommend them highly.

Scheduled service right away. Was punctual and courteous. I am an out-of-town landlord, my tenant spoke very highly of him and was very pleased with the prompt service. I am very pleased with his work and with the pricing. This is the second time I have used Ron and I highly recommend him. Consider him my go-to plumber!!

I found water leaking under my kitchen cabinets and could not identify the source of the leak. Called Ron and he came promptly at the agreed time (he was even early and had to wait on me to get there). He found right away that the mystery leak was from the ice maker pipe. He repaired it and left it better than it was to start with. Very professional and courteous. Will call him again if there is a need for plumbing service.

This is the second time I have used Ron and like the first time I am very pleased with his work. He was scheduled to come at 9, but called at 8 to see if he could come out earlier. It is hard to find this level of service anymore. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a freeze proof faucet that was installed incorrectly and due to the cold winter, it had burst. He replaced the faucet and even inspected a faucet on the front of the house. It only took him about 30 minutes to do everything and this included showing me what had happened to the old faucet. Very pleased.

Ron did a great job. I did not have to call him back for leaks. We were verypleased with the work he did.

Right on time both visits (first trip was diagnosis and temporary repair, second was to install new hardware.) Clean, and when he was done, could not tell we had major work in the kitchen.
More than half of the cost was for the hardware, which was about 50% below list prices. I have checked online and could not have purchased the items for less than Ron charged.
VERY Pleased with the servce. Will recommend to friends who need aa plumber.

He was here 4 or 5 times and finally finished today after nearly 2 weeks and i am hopeful that he hs done a good job but I feel like $600 is much more than IKIiImexpected

Ron's Old Time Plumbing is just the type of company my father would like, want to do things correct the first time. Very informative and explains what he is doing at all times. Scheduled for 9:30, called and asked if they could be here earlier! Great Job and I have found my plumber for the house.

Ron's repair took less than 45 minute and follow up to ensure no leakage at the new joints and the water heater was working correctly. He suggested that I should remove several items from some shelves that are next to the heater for safety reasons. I am working on clearing those items now. I am thankful that Ron pointed out these hazards.

Extremely prompt when called and very prompt upon arriving on time. Ron's knowledge of plumbing is amazing and he cleared the blockage from the roof vent. Quality Plumbing worked uncovering the tank without digging excessive hole, then cleaned. NOTE: BABY WIPED do not belong in the septic tank - they do not degrade and cause multiple headaches in the tank. The tank truck was park in such a manor as not to cause any damage to the yard. Both groups worked together to ensure all was well before either left.

This was the first time I had used this company and was VERY impressed. When I called, Ron said someone would be at my house in an hour. Ron actually arrived about 40 minutes later. He was very professional and I enjoyed talking to him. After he explained what was wrong and the best solution he had the job finished in about 2 hours. That included leaving to purchase the replacement water heater. Ron also worked with me on splitting up the payment. I really appreciated that. If I have any more plumbing problems, I will be sure to call Ron again.
