Excellent. I could not have asked for better service and honestly with General Heating and Air. I have used them before on another home and was very pleased with their service at the previous house. When I moved to Vestavia Hills, I lost their number and started using a well known larger Hand AC company in B'ham. I was constantly having problems with my ac, duct work, etc. and was not satisfied with the constant problems that was occurring. When I smelled the gas, I was not going to call the previous company I had been using. I took the time to go back and look through work receipts I had saved to find General Heating and Air telephone number. Called these guys and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. Previous company had been under my house in crawl space area working on furnace, cleaning duct work, re-tapping duct work, etc.. It really upset me they did not notice the rusted vent pipe, the whole pipe was completely rusted out!!!! This was a very dangerous situation. I am very pleased with General Heating and Air, very honest and professional. I will use them from now on for any of my Heating and Air Service.

He is a great guy. I was having trouble with my air conditioner and he fixed it for free. He is very reasonable and professional. He just does outstanding work. He does not try to rip you off.

Quick and Professionally

We had a great experience. I ran into Larry at a restaurant shortly after I had received an estimate to replace my HVAC system from WC Wright and Sons ($9000). I asked Larry to look that estimate over and he told me it was very overpriced. He came out to my home the next day and told me he could do the same work and install a 2.5 Heil split electric heat pump for less than half of the cost W.C. Wright quoted me. He came out a couple weeks later and did just that. There were no hidden costs and best of all it was a great value.
