"I paid for a service that did not get complete in a timely manner. It took them two months to come complete the jobs and was paid 2months ago to do the job. Then when the installer came 2months later which i had to keep calling them and should have had to do that. He didn't have all of my materials and stated that he will be back once it comes. First, of all I preferred him not to start if he didn't have all of my materials. Secondly, he have a week from the day which he install to get back to finish. Every time I called it wasn't a reasonable excuse to way my service wasn't being provided. I will be taking legal action. At this point I am tired calling you all. I will make sure this type of service will not happen to another customer. Thirdly, the customer service representatives garbage they never know anything and can't answer question correctly.. I am making sure every social media site get how horrible you all customer service is."

There was no residue or odor. I allowed carpets to get thoroughly dry before walking on them. The white tile with white grout on the bathroom floors is impractical; the grout catches dirty water when the floor is mopped. Since Hayes worked on it, it sparkles. Hayes was recommended on Angie's List, backed up by social media input. I had been skeptical, because of dissatisfaction with previous attempts to use professionals, especially the large chains. I was satisfied in every way and will pay to have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis from now on. It freshened the entire apartment."
