Haynes Cleaning & Restoration

I am extremely satisfied with the results. My carpets look so fresh and ALL the spots (pet accidents) are gone. They haven't reappeared after two months, as sometimes has happened in the past. There was no residue or odor. I allowed carpets to get thoroughly dry before walking on them. The white tile with white grout on the bathroom floors is impractical; the grout catches dirty water when the floor is mopped. Since Hayes worked on it, it sparkles. Hayes was recommended on Angie's List, backed up by social media input. I had been skeptical, because of dissatisfaction with previous attempts to use professionals, especially the large chains. I was satisfied in every way and will pay to have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis from now on. It freshened the entire apartment.

Scheduled the service in advance for a morning I was off work. Waited at home before doing other errands. Did not show up, and when I called the company said none of their workers came in that day. I was frustrated as I had put off doing other things to wait for them, and the dryer was not drying well. Eventually the owner called me and came out himself that afternoon. He still charged full price, but from what I could tell did a good job.

Haynes worked MAGIC on our white area rug... not only did they remove all the stains, the rug looked brand new again!

Mr. Haynes arrived approximately 30 minutes late without calling. Soon after starting they filled the house with carbon dioxide making the detectors go off over and over. The house was full of fumes after they left so we spent the night elsewhere so that the air could clear and the tile grout could dry. Upon returning the next day and inspecting the tile and grout we found that the tile itself was cleaned. However the grout was turning black in spots and over half of the grout had been washed out leaving holes in some areas.
We called Mr. Haynes and he came out a couple of hours later. He said that he had cleaned and sealed all the grout. The grout however looked way worse than it had to begin with including a specific stain on the backsplash behind the oven (which he said he cleaned himself and had told us that he could get it out). Mr. Haynes's son came with him and admitted that there was a problem and that he would check with the manufacturer of the product and get back with us.
Not only did they wash out over half of the grout but whatever they sealed it with has prevented me being able to clean it back to white.
My husband called last week to ask if they had heard anything about the chemical that was used and Mr. Haynes was extremely ugly and told him that he was through with him!
We did get our check back. However we now need to replace the grout in 4 bathrooms, the laundry room and the playroom.
When we contacted the tile vendor he said that to remove the existing grout and replace it would be so labor intensive that the cost could not be justified. We are trying a new product and hope that we can repair some of the damage at least in the showers and around the tub. It doesn't look as good as the original grout but sure looks better than the way Haynes left it!
Thank you for allowing me to vent my frustrations. They may be good at carpet but do not recommend them for tile!

They did an excellent job.  The sofa was in bad shape, and now looks like new.

Mr. Haynes and his pair of helpers arrived at the scheduled time and commenced work immediately. They took care to respect the floors and walls in the areas through which their hoses passed, and did their usual excellent job of getting out all the dirt and soil from the past year's use. As usual, my expectations were exceeded in the department of stain removal; They were able to get out some stains that I was convinced had become permanent.
The obvious passion that Mr. Haynes has for doing a good job, thoroughly and meticulously, using the right tools and chemicals for every stain and soil level, is what sets him apart from his competition.
I've used Haynes Cleaning several times before, and will continue to do so.

The dryer vent had a good deal of lint caught in it which was removed.  The chairs and the head rest and arm rests were cleaned and dried, as was the carpets in the 4 rooms.  The process started at 10:00 AM, as scheduled, and finished about 12:30.  My wife's medical condition was taken into consideration, and she was made as comfortable as possible through out the entire process.

They have good quality work and service. They attempted to fix a carpet that was damaged. They showed us all the stuff they removed from the vent.

Went well.

Mr. Haynes came by to give an estimate.  He explained what would happen and choices available.  He and staff arrived on time. He had a number of people to do the job.  Mr. Haynes supervised and showed his staff how he wanted things done. He redid things he was not satified with and my husband commented about how nice the rug looks.  I am very pleased.

Mr. Haynes came out a couple of days before the work was done to give me an estimate. The day the work was done, they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. All three were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they perform. They do a very thorough job, and strive to make the customer happy with the results.

The carpet in a condo that we rent out had been saturated with dog urine. Mr. Haynes and his son, Gary, worked tirelessly to get the carpet cleaned and restored. They did this while dealing with damage issues at their own home that had been hit by a tornado on April 27, 2011. They were very professional and courteous. They made a special effort to get this done for me quickly before the next renter moved in. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing carpet/ceramic tile cleaning done.

He is wonderful!  I am a very picky person and he was great!  Several of my friends have used him and he is outstanding.  It is him and his son who do carpet cleaning.  They are very professional people.
