"Anytime a customer is not satisfied. I go above and beyond to try and make things right. As a business owner it is extremely difficult to find enough people with the right talent and work ethic nowadays. I did the best I could do . I listened to the customer and offered to redo the things that she was not satisfied with. As she stated she refused my offer. As far as the price goes. I gave the client the estimate prior to work being done and they agreed to proceed with the job. I personally think it is not nice. To give someone something and turn around and act as if they were wrong for taking it. We removed it from the home and it is no longer on."
