They cant answer my questions, they don't know the answer, and they tried to take my tenants money for something that was already paid for. I feel very uncomfortable because I have yet to find out anything that they did based on what they said they were going to do to the heating system. They don't know protocol.

A few days before the date scheduled for installation, they sent over a rep with 20+ years in the business to assess the current boiler, discuss details of the installation with me, and make a detailed plan for installation day.  
On the day of installation, the Friday after Thanksgiving so I did not have to take time off work, the first two techs arrived on time in uniform.  About an hour later the lead arrived as well.  This allowed the early team to get started taking out the old boiler.  
They worked hard all day, and needed next to nothing from me, totally prepared for the work.  
By the end of the day the new boiler was in, the old was out and the basement was all neat and clean again.  And my house was warm.  
A few days later they called to make sure all was well, there was one tiny water leak, so they came right back out to fix it.  
The team was very professional, friendly and competent.  
The boiler and the work is so nicely done that I now include the boiler in tours of my new home when guests come to visit me.  Even the women are impressed with the beautiful boiler and the neat work.  
Several problems were also solved along the way, they disconnected the heat to my sun porch which I do not need to heat.  And they separated my two zones very effectively, so I have very close accuracy with the thermostat settings.  
Great job, great people, great service.  I am totally happy with this contractor.

The quality of service, as always, was excellent. S&K's weakness is its pricing, which is somewhat high.
The cost of just replacing the inducer motor, which took about 45 minutes, was $484.00 under their flat pricing scheme ($605 without the service plan).
I learned that I can order the part as a consumer for $63, which makes me curious as to why I paid over $400 for less than an hour's worth of labor. It works well, so no complaints at all with the quality of service provided. We normally just call S&K without considering other companies, but I have decided to call multiple providers and compare price the next time that we need a repair. It's just too expensive.

The estimate was reasonable, the turn-around time was fast, and the manager was really well-informed. He sent over two guys to install the two systems. They worked, quickly, they explained everything before they started, they kept us updated along the way. They were very professional, very clean, and they followed up right away with additional work that was not in the original project scope. When we had a few questions after it was over, they responded quickly. There are few instances where service providers exceed expectations. This was one of those times.

They guys that came and put in the baseboard made some mistakes and came and fixed it.  I had no problem getting anyone to come and fix it, and the man that came to fix it knew what he was doing.  The man that fixed our furnace was also very good.  They were reasonably priced.

S&K performs our annual HVAC check.  Their service personnel are always friendly and knowledgable.  My only complaint is that they use the service call as an opportunity to try and hard sell HVAC add ons (UV lights, humidifiers, etc), saying that you'll get such-and-such a discount, but you have to sign up right away.  Otherwise, I am very happy with the routine service.  I have never used them for emergency/breakdown service.

S & K PERFORMED SATISFACTORY WORK ON OUR HOME. THEY HAVE HAD TO RETURN TO FIX A COUPLE OF PIPES THEY HAD INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. THE PERSON WHO DID THE INITIAL INSTALLATION MADE SEVERAL 'ROOKIE' MISTAKES THAT WERE NOT PICKED UP ON IN THE EARLY PHASES. THE LASTEST PERSON TO FIX OUR AIR WAS VERY NICE AND STAYED UNTIL AFTER 10 PM FIXING THE PROBLEMS.

VERY POLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELIABLE. VERY HAPPY WITH ALL PERSONNEL WE HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH. FILTER REPLACEMENT WAS APPROPRIATE. ALSO FIXED PLACEMENT OF HUMIDIFIER UNIT WITHOUT CHARGE.
