"I gave a 3 because he came. I talked to him on phone that Wed he came that Fri did measurements of my stairs to remove carpet and put wood down.He told me he would call me back that Labor day Mon the 4th. Never called me back till this day the 7th week later. I went on to lumber liquidators and got a qoute total price and gave them the $2100 he didn't want."
