He ordered a part for the garbage disposal, but he notified me that he was not capable of fixing it. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions, but the contractor does not respond. He also installed three doors, and I had to hire someone else to fix two of them.

Sheldon was very prompt in responding to my request. He was at my house at the exact time he said heâ d be here. He not only replaced the trim on a door (including painting the trim), but he installed a sash on a window, repaired two kitchen drawers, replaced the seal on the back door and installed a new kitchen faucet. All the work was done with a high degree of professionalism. Sheldon is also very personable and dealt with ethically.
