Everything from the day I called Mister D's until they completed the work was great! A friend of mine had started cutting the large crepe myrtle but we did not have a large chain saw to complete the job. Jerry gave me an estimate and said he would come the next day (Saturday). Professional and courteous service from start to finish. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Jerry was great to deal with. He came and provided an estimate the same day I called him. After advising him I would like him to do the work he stated it would be about one week (depeding on weather) before he would be able to perform the work. He arrived one week later as stated and it took him about one day to complete all the work. He cleaned up after himself and left the area tidy. I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else in the are needing to have tree work done.

We had a large sweetgum tree come down (over 100' tall) and destroyed our inground pool, wrought Iron fencing and part of my studio. Mr. D came over and gave an estimate, not the lowest but not the highest. He first came out when I wasn't home and talked to my wife. I assked him to come back as I wanted to get more details as to what was going to be done and when. He explained everything to me and answered my questions about cutting and removing limb from the pool which still had water in it. Because of the soggy conditions, we decided to wait a while and let the weather dry out the area he needed to drive in. They came in one day and removed about 80% of the wood, and came back in the following day and completed the job. They cleaned up so good that you would have a hard time finding any wood or limbs of any size in the area. I would recommend them highly. They did give me a price for some other work, but I will get more estimates.

Mr. D views tree trimming as an art and did a great job. I had to get more sunlight on my lawn to help with grass growth. He cleaned up the small limbs from the lawn and hauled away all of the wood and branches. He did an outstanding job and charged a reasonable price..

Overall, the work went flawlessly. They were professional, and their quality of work was topnotch. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Mr. DeLong did an excellent job. He came one day while I was not at home, which I had approved, and removed all of the trees. He completely cleaned up the area. I would definitely call him again. He gave me an estimate, and that is the amount I was charged. Great job!

I called Mister D's the morning of January 30, 2008 and they were at my house within 30 minutes surveying what had to be done. Two large trees had fallen onto my fence. At the end of day one, they had the trees off the fence, cut into smaller pieces, and hauled away. They even asked if I needed any other trees removed while they were there. Very professional people!!!!
