"Had a pressure reducing valve that went bad and didn't realize it was buried behind the water meter (Fla builders usually put in crawl space or garage); this caused my expansion tank and pressure relief valve to fail on water heater due to super high pressure. Crimson Long and his assistant from Hiller Plumbing came out earlier than scheduled appt. time, LISTENED to my encountered issues and repairs I had begun, were very PROFESSIONAL, Polite, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, provided an estimate for the PRV valve repairs and immediately began to solve my issue. Water heater is fixed, house is back protected with new PRV valve; I'm happy and the wife is ecstatic to have hot water back! There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture.
