Everything went smooth today from time I called J Henry Plumbing and spoke with the receptionist around 8:30 am to completion of repair at 11:00 am. She contacted me as promised and told me that the plumber would arrive within a 30 minute window from her call at 9:40 am and he did. "Buddy" was the plumber and had our leak repaired by 11:00 am. The work was completed in a timely and very professional manner by both of my contacts. This was my second time to use J Henry Plumbing and I will definitely use them for future Plumbing repairs.

I called early Sunday afternoon and left a message, knowing I probably wouldn't hear back until Monday, which was fine because I didn't indicate it was an emergency. About an hour later, the owner called me up and discussed the situation and we decided to have someone come out that afternoon. The drain guy showed up shortly thereafter, had me describe the problem and got right to work. He even insisted on wearing his booties to not track anything into my house. Super friendly, knew what he was doing, and they came out on a Sunday without an extra charge! So nice to have a plumber I can trust and rely on. Thanks Josh!

The Tech was here within an hour after I called. Service Tech (Gary) was very professional and courteous and explained that line needed replacing. We went ahead and asked him to replace both lines since they were very old. I will definitely use J Henry again when the need arises.

Jason and Bradley came within a couple of hours after I called. They quickly diagnosed the problem, but had to order a special tool to work on it. The tool came in very quickly and they came immediately and fixed it in record time. I will recommend J Henry Plumbing to all my friends and family. Jason and Bradley are top-notch in their field and are polite and friendly.

This is the second time I've used Josh Henry.  The first job was more complicated.  As usual, he arrived on time with a friendly and professional demeanor.  He is very good and stands behind his work.  I will definitely use him again.

In October 2015 we had our gas water heater relocated from a interior utility room  to the garage.  The work was performed by a large multi service company. Later that evening there was a strong gas odor in the garage and a significant leak in the wall where they re-routed the plumbing.  The contractor came out that evening and performed some re-work but had to finish up the next day.  Subsequently, I discovered that the water heater vent that they rerouted in the attic became unattached due to poor workmanship and they had to return again.
In early November 2015 the water heater went out.  Based on a recommendations by a  plumbing supply company we chose J Henry Plumbing for an estimate.  Based on the reasonableness of his estimate and his professional demeanor, we chose him for the job. Josh installed the new water heater that day and also thoroughly went over the gas lines and water lines and re-worked remaining workmanship issues from the previous contractor. Josh's attention to detail and quality workmanship is greatly appreciated.

We were very pleased with his service, promptness, efficiency, and prices.  He shows up when he says, fixes the problems, and cleans up the mess.  He is professional, tidy, and reasonable.  Best experience we've had with a plumber in a long time!
