"Although the repair took a couple of visits to fix on our older fridge (as old as early 2000s), in the end it was fixed and we were not charged for the labor on the second visit. I'm so glad we didn't have to buy a new fridge. I understand that diagnosing things on systems like this can take a little trial of things to test and check components, so the fact that it took a couple of visits didn't bother me. The technician was pleasant enough to deal with and efficient. I thought she explained things well, which was very nice. I have no complaints!"

I called to make the service appointment, the receptionist was helpful and provided two sperate time slots when the technician could come to our home. They texted a confirmation message confirming the date. The morning of the appointment, the technician sent a text letting us know that he was on his way. He arrived right on time.
