"We have an older model (~10 years old) Whirlpool washer that recently started making a squeaking noise during the spin cycles. I called to make the service appointment, the receptionist was helpful and provided two sperate time slots when the technician could come to our home. They texted a confirmation message confirming the date. The morning of the appointment, the technician sent a text letting us know that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, and provided all the information I needed to decide on the repair. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We talked for several minutes about various options available. Since the washer is old, we decided to skip the repair and will purchase a new one. We paid the standard service fee. Mr. Appliance of Hartselle is now our first choice when it comes to appliance repair. Trustworthy and professional, everything you'd want in a service providing company."
