"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

We removed some of it before we hired this company but they did alot of prep work to prepare the walls for painting. It all turned out wonderful!! They were very personable, listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and helped us decide what would look best! We set an appointment for them to start after finishing another job which they were working on. The date to start had to be delayed one week but they were very prompt & courteous about working that out with us! They got it all done in 2 days which was wonderful!!! They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they were done, didn't leave any mess for us to have to clean up!! That meant alot to me!!
