  The repair of siding looks Great. I initially chose a color that looked different on sample, and had to change it after first coat which set us back one and a half days & had to adjust initial price, then rain set job back almost two weeks. Once the rain stopped and house dried, Anthony and his Team worked through some scorching hot days, with heat index up to 106 one day, very hard workers in extreme temperature conditions. I appreciate his patience and flexibility with my color changes during project. He stated he guarantees his work for up to a year

  Travis and team were absolutely fantastic. They did a job far above any results I had expected. Unbelievable how the house changed. They even took extra care with the gutters which were stained by the shingles that were placed on the house a couple of years ago along with the new gutters.   Rapid Power Wash was very enjoyable to deal with. The guys showed up on time and was very polite. They showed up in a big pressure wash truck with lots of equipment instead of the small roll around. That was a big plus to us. They knocked the job out quicker than estimated. The price was very reasonable. My driveway and walkways look better than they ever have. They also pressure washed the soffits to knock the loose paint off so we could paint them. By having all of this done our house appraisal went very well! We will be using them again and highly recommend these guys! Wish I could give more than 5 stars, they deserve them

  Keep It Clean promptly contacted me to schedule a free estimate. We needed our concrete pool deck to be cleaned so that we could paint it, our wooden deck, pergola and fence for staining, and the front of our home (painted wood siding), which included second story windows to be cleaned up because it was quite grimy looking after years of our neglect. They came out, walked my property and explained their process. The owner, Tavis Turner, gave me an estimate the next day. It was a fair price. After giving a few days for other estimates, we decided on Keep It Clean. (I was in contact with 3 other companies: Company 1. Price was higher with less area to clean in comparison to Keep It Kleen's estimate; Company 2 no showed on me TWICE; Company 3 contacted me a couple of days ago (weeks after I reached out to them.) Tavis and an assistant performed the work around our home. They prepped areas such as our front door with plastic to protect it from overspray. When they were done cleaning our home and backyard it looked like we had a newly painted home! Even the brick siding part of our home now looks new. :) Our backyard was brightened up big time with a clean pool deck, fence, and pergola. It really made us feel proud about the look of our home again. We have huge windows overlooking our backyard, it I was self-conscious of people seeing the dingy fence and decking. Tavis was generous by washing a bit extra such as our patio chairs, table, diving board, and brick front steps and walkway. I have since painted the pool decking since Keep It Kleen prepped it perfectly and everything looks so bright and fresh. We are ready for summer! I highly recommend Keep It Kleen for your pressure washing needs

  Excellent service. Anthony was on time to do the estimate, his price was more than reasonable compared to other quotes. He and his crew showed up on time, or would text if there were any changes. Always kept me appraised of the status as he worked in my projects between other jobs so it was done quickly. The shutters needed quite a lot of repair. When rehanging them, he noticed a small defect on one and said it wasn't up to his standards so he took it back to the shop to redo it. I was amazed someone took that much care. Would definitely use again
