"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Susan was great from beginning to end. She scheduled my appointment and arrived promptly and ready to work. Her crew was very pleasant and professional. We had a little hick up due to the fact that my husband brought home the wrong paint. They began painting my daughter's bedroom, and was darn near finished when my husband came home and told them that it was the wrong paint. She totally understood, explained to him what he needed to do to get the paint switched out at Lowes. When my husband returned with the paint, Susan and her crew were ready the same day to finish the room. She repaired small holes in the wall prior to painting. She gave us very good advice about what needed repainting, what needed touch ups, and what to leave alone to save money. She was great, and I would definitely recommend her to everyone...A+++ Susan!!! The rooms look great, thank you."

The new box is amazing.  Such better quality than the original.  Fit right back in place without any problems.  I now have a fully enclosed sturdy beautiful cabinet.

My cabinets had loosened from the wall and dropped about an inch, causing misalignment of the double doors on each unit. When I posted my cabinet repair needs on Angi on one evening, he responded to me immediately on the next morning. He set up a time for service on a Saturday afternoon, and was at my house when he said he would be. He figured out the problem with my cabinets quickly. "Got the quote from Brad.  It wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but I was impressed with his attention to detail on what needed to be done and how he was going to do it.  I wasn't disappointed.  His foreman Wade and team attacked my house.  They were on-time and professional.  It was a joy watching them work and giving my house some TLC.  They had done such a great job on the exterior of the house, I added on the interior of the kitchen and fence staining as projects for them.  They took particular care protecting areas not being painted or stained.  All painted surfaces had two coats of paint.  At the end of each work day, they cleaned up the area like it was the last day on the job.  I believe you get what you pay for and Brad Rogers crew was worth every penny.  Completely Satisfied."
