"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Had this company come out two years ago and do some landscaping work for a new construction home. The backyard was graded basically level, so the water drainage was not functional at all. Since I have some clay in the soil the water just collects in the middle of the backyard and I have to put a sump pump in the puddle to drain it to the tree line. The ground had also settled creating a trip hazard for kids and water pools up even more after a heavy downpour. I have contacted this company multiple times and agreed to pay for the material and the company would do the labor without cost to me. Basically what I keep getting is empty promises. For a company to boast about their military service, I have found that they have no integrity to right any wrongs or to simply satisfy the customer. Especially, after I shelled out quite a bit of money. The lack of follow-through and poor communication is also evident. These are attributes that one develops after serving in the military. I should know, I have 20 years of service under my belt and have been on many deployments. Completely not satisfied at all and will go out of my way to deter people from using this company for any of their services."
