Less then 3 hrs later they were at my door & fixed the problem & updated leeky pipes in no time. Definitely recommended for Mobile Homes!

He found that the Costco guys that assembled the dryer had not connected the electrical hook up correctly (which could have resulted in one of us being shocked via 220V, or started a fire - something to think about when ordering thru Costco). He rush ordered the repair parts, and came on New Years Day to complete the repair. It works properly now. I have no complaints, only compliments for Gary

- Local Appliance RepairOur fridge/freezer went out on a Friday night. I called the following Saturday morning and a repairman was sent out the same day. The service fee was very reasonable and they didn't charge extra for coming out on the weekend. The repairman diagnosed the problem with the unit quickly and gave an estimate. Dealing with the owner and repairmen was a very positive experience and I felt like they really wanted us to be happy with their service. Since the condenser was still in good working order we decided to have the fridge fixed instead of buying a new one. In a matter of hours it was up and working good as new! Our experience with this business was very positive and we would definitely hire them again in the future

Mark sandwiched his work in with other companies that were thawing and cleaning up the mess and did a very valuable service of discovering and correcting problems with the pipes and the furnace. This was done at a very cold and busy time for heating problems in Anchorage and his response was better than expected. We hope to get him back for some piping improvements once things have dried out more

It was a challenging retrofit of a modern appliance into a 1970's era kitchen space. He kept at it until it was done properly and even took extra time to explain the product's features to me. The company was more than willing to perform the work on short notice when convenient to my schedule. They do lots of different appliances. I don't see any reason to call anyone else

Gary looked at it and immediately recognized that I needed a new panel. He explained how the process will go and he communicated with Samsung himself. After a week or so, he received the panel and set up a time for the work. He even can outside his work hours to work around my work schedule to install my new panel. Overall, it was a great service. "I saw American Residential Warranty advertised on TV for about the 10th time. I never paid any attention to it before because we had one. I started thinking about it and I looked and I thought I had put that information in my cell phone and I had. They were still advertising and they had a special on top of their normal. Oh my goodness it was such a good deal. It was so much cheaper than anybody else. You are not under a contract for a full year, you can cancel it at anytime. You can use your existing people, like if you have a plumber that you love, you can use him. It was just almost too good to be true. I kept asking her questions. Another good thing was that they cover stuff like garage door openers, which most of them don't. They cover ice makers and refridgerators which most of them don't. I was just bowled over. We haven't used them yet, we just signed up with them. By purchasing a full year we got 2 free months. And we have that option for the rest of our lives, to have it at the price we purchased originally and if we pay yearly we get the 2 free months from now on. That is almost unbelievable. I will let you know if I have any problems with them but right now I am very happy with them. If we cancel we get the prorated amount back. There was nothing that scared us about going ahead an using them. Just dealing with them on the phone, the woman was very knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions. I talked to her off and on for about 4 days. I would say, well, my husband wanted me to ask about this and my husband wanted me to ask about that. She knew, she didn't have to go ask somebody. They seemed to have their act together.
