INTRACOASTAL APPLIANCE REPAIR

Shawn was very responsive. He answered our call first thing on a Saturday morning. He had complete knowledge of the problem with the oven and was able to fix it within 15 minutes. He was great to work with, punctual and very professional. Would use him again and would recommend him to our neighbors.

When I called and left a message to see if he could come out to look at the appliances, I got a call right back - he hadn't even heard the message yet.  He arranged to be here the same day as I called.  However, when he called to say he was on his way over, I was out walking the dogs and missed his call.  I called back after I noticed his number on the caller ID and because it was late in the day, he agreed to come over the next morning and arrived promptly.  
He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable.  Everything was fixed and the price was reasonable.  I would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Range hood ($2500) not functioning due to abuse from prior tenants. Only authorized repair company for this type of hood. Immediate visit evaluated need to replace all of the computerized/electronic insides to make fan work appropriately. Delay due to rusted screw and poor communication between service rep and office so parts not ordered for over a week. When I called to find status I learned of this and easily corrected. Other than the little communication issue they did an awesome job! The technician thought he would ruin the trim removing screw but he worked so diligently that this was not the case and the fan is back up and functioning like new. Thank you Island Appliance!!!!
