Jensen's Appliance Repair

We have used Jensen's for our appliance repairs for several years now. Dave called to schedule a time and was here within a minute of when he said. He's a friendly tech that gets right after it. On the first visit he fixed the gas range which was not heating. The job took about 30 minutes. He looked at our gas dryer for about 15 minutes which is about 17 years old and has been making noise recently. He ordered new parts for the roller assembly. The parts arrived and he scheduled a second appointment to put those in. That work took about 45 minutes. The bill had $200 in parts and $295 for labor. I just paid the bill before Dave left and did not pay attention to the labor cost or ask questions. Looks like there might be a minimum hourly rate of $135 but not sure why we went over the 2nd visit. Anyway I rated price a "B" and everything else an "A".
