All the jobs he completed were satisfactory and have not further showed signs of being broken or leaked. Twice he suggested that I purchase larger items instead of fixing what I had (kitchen sink toilet). The sidewalk cement chipped within a week. Also, was committed to other jobs while working for me which caused him to work 3 1/2 -4 hrs. per day. I expected him to complete my job within 1-2 days, instead it took almost a week. Since I do not work this was ok. He was friendly and professional but seemed to lack experience and expertise. I would recommend Joe, but not expect a perfect job."
