I was very pleased with Clear Choice's installation of our windows/doors, highly recommend them and would use them again. Brennan did a great job helping us choose the products and understand our quote. He also checked in with us regularly during the installation and followed up when all was complete to get final feedback and make sure we were happy - this surprised me and illustrates their focus on customer service. The products offered are of high quality and were priced within range of other quotes we received. The job was completed on schedule. The installation itself was efficient and careful, and any problems were rapidly identified by the installers so they could be resolved. The only problem we encountered involved a door that had not been properly aligned during installation. The issue was subtle and difficult to see, but resulted in the locking mechanism not functioning properly. While Clear Choice handled all the other issues quickly and to our satisfaction, for some reason it was very difficult to get them to address this malfunctioning lock, they seemed to think that we were just not operating the door and lock properly. I had to be more persistent than one should have to be in order to get it addressed. That said, once they addressed it they found the problem and fixed the door to our full satisfaction
