I am an Owner Operator with 39 continuous years in the construction field and 19 years in business as Vic Steiner Carpentry. Over these years as an employee of other construction companies and being self employed, I have mastered all of the trades that are involved in residential remodeling and perform all of the work myself. I will present a firm bid in a contract, including sales tax and payment schedule. Attached to the contract is a very detailed Work Specifications list that specifies every detail of the work I am bidding on. I am listed with Washington State as a certified Lead Paint Renovator and certified in Wedi tile substrate installation. Pictures of work I have done and a list of references are available on my web site at vicsteinercarpentry.com

Project complete included building a rock wall, repairing the fence and another rock wall, making a small patio with flagstone, building a raised bed, removing several shrubs and transplanting 2 shrubs and a small tree. The crew picked up the flagstone, and rocks and also compost to use in the garden. In addition, several indoor projects were building a mantel, doors for a small closet and cabinet and dry covers in the laundry room. Norbert was great to work with and Ali for his carpentry skill, as well as the crew. The all worked hard, were efficient and very professional. "
