Excellent work and great people

Gene and Estate Building, Inc. were great. They started at the agreed time and worked until our satisfaction was achieved. Issues that arose (few) were quickly resolved. Gene even made some suggestions in design that we had not thought of, which made the end result even better. We will definitely hire this company again in the very near future for other projects we have.

I had several contractors out to look at the job, and I went with Estates. It was one of the best experiences I have had with contractors. I was anxious to complete this project, as it was the end of September. They had it done in two days. It took them one day to remove and replace the wall. They were great from start to finish. I will hire them for my next project, and recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

He was amazing, on-time, quality work honest.

Owner is accomplished finish carpenter and has quality subs on tap for any services needed. On time, on budget and helped with some complex design changes, which turned out extremely well. Rebuilt walls of cabinets, kitchen cupboards and outside porch/decks/columns. House was 1913 craftsman and helped us prepare for highly successful sale.
We have known owner for 7+ years and his work ethic, integrity and knowledge is excellent for any/all building needs.

Gene did a wonderful job. We were more than pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

Gene has also done other work for me and I can highly recommend his services. He's the type of guy that can think outside the box and come up with solutions.

We had as good experience as we could over all. He is really good at explaining and describing of each step of construction. He is always willing to meet our needs. Gene is a very concious, which is sort of unusual for these times.

They are general contractors in the area. Last week they came in to give me a bid to do my floors. They gave me good service and they were conscientious. They were just good to work with. They were timely.

They are very honest and nice.

It was very quick. I was a little concerned about some of the details and I wished that it was done a little better. They came in quick and acquainted with the work. They were very trustworthy and you could probably use them. They were honest but you could probably find another contractor that would do a thorough job or would do it better. I would use them in the future but I would also consider other companies first.

Gene was impressive from the start: very smart, well prepared and personable. He and his carpenter partner did all of the work themselves, and stayed right on schedule. They were both pleasant to have around, and were careful to clean up after each day's work. The one glitch in the process was that they didn't build the deck railing exactly according to the drawn plans. However, it looks great and we would certainly hire them again.

Gene and Dave were amazing and a real pleasure to work with. We have done a lot of work to our home and they are the best contractors we have worked with by far. From start to finish their punctuality, professionalism and positive attitude really impressed us and we feel this is very hard to come by in this profession. We did the general contracting on our project and Gene was more than happy to give us advice or suggestions on how to handle situations that weren't related to what he was being paid for. Gene and Dave went above and beyond what they agreed to do for us and we will definitely hire them again!

From the very beginning Gene was attentive to what I wanted to build (a family room addition), respectful and knowledgeable. His references were glowing (all 4 who I called). He and his partner were there on time and worked diligently throughout the entire construction period of approximately 3 months. I did some of the sub-contracting myself to keep costs down and this was acceptable to this contractor.
