    We decided to hire Diaz Painting after meeting with Rene for the estimate. He was prompt and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly review the job and discuss the details. I also liked that his definition of “two coats of paint” matched mine, in that he paints once and lets it dry before painting again, unlike my previous painter. I also liked that Rene works the job with his crew, which gave me confidence the job would be done correctly. Diaz Painting was prompt, courteous, and friendly. They went around the house and prepped the job by hand, repairing problem areas to ensure a good paint job. My previous painter's crew just pressure washed the eaves and started painting. After painting my house eaves with two coats of paint, they went back around the entire house and meticulously touched up the job by hand, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. The job was completed on time and for the agreed cost. They even painted some trim on the house we hadn’t discussed at no additional cost. Diaz Painting is a great company and I highly recommend them

    Very well. We couldn't manage to figure out what we were doing wrong after three attempts over several years. Our paint would always start peeling off within a year. Diaz painting spent a lot more time prepping and knew exactly what needed to be used. They used plastic to section that part of the house off and keep everything contained. It's been over 2 years now and the ceiling looks great! We highly, highly recommend Diaz Painting

Everyone, from their awesome designer, Mary Jennings, and terrific project manager, Greg Ransweiler, and their entire team, are talented, reliable, professional and friendly. They were on-time (actually finished a couple of days early) and on-budget. They provide a detailed, day-by-day line item description of the work to be performed and the name of the contractor/subcontractor. Always arrived on time and cleaned up every day before leaving.     The work was completed in seven weeks on the schedule provided to us at the start of the job. A full days work was performed every day except one when the employee was ill. Our floors, furniture, banister, etc. were well protected from any damage. Our project manager was Royce and he did an excellent job of planning our project and communicating with us. The very few glitches that arose during our renovation were handled promptly and professionally. I gave this company a B for price as it seemed that our job was quite expensive. In all fairness, having never completed a bathroom remodel before I have nothing to compare the cost to. Additionally, I expect to pay more for professionally licensed, adequately insured and legal workers

    Jon Ray came out to the house to do a very thorough inspection and estimate. He was completely professional and thoughtful, showing examples of his work and describing how his team would carry out the work. PaintGreen's bid came in right in the middle, and Jon worked with us to reach a fair price based on our tight budget. Based on Jon's work ethic and attention to detail, we hired him to do a complete interior and exterior paint job. PaintGreen was able to respond quickly to some early scheduling challenges and Jon was always available to give me daily updates from the house. Throughout the job, PaintGreen worked well with other contractors and kept the site tidy. Towards the end of the job, Jon replaced two panes of glass that were broken, and did several rounds of touch-up and cleaning to make sure the job was done well and done right. Overall it was a great experience and our house looks fantastic. Using low-VOC paint was important for us and it was worth it to find a painter who shared our value for environmental stewardship and sustainable practice. We would definitely use PaintGreen again the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a painter

    He asked the tenent to come a day early. Painted the door without removing door handles...got paint on them. Did not remove a no solitores sign. Paint did not cover the door, Was asked to paint match....looked at other doors in the area and paint it a white he had. I have to have this redone. Paid him $300 ! He did not sand the area where a lock had been....crusty and looks like a 10 year old did it!!!!

    David and his team are phenomenal. We interviewed with several different companies, and chose David based on his professionalism, straight-talk versus Sales runaround or pricing pressure, and his attention to detail. We felt his pricing was fair given the workmanship quality he promised and did deliver. We had a full 2,500 sq ft home painted in less than a week (despite being fully furnished) to fit within a pre-existing vacation we had planned. We moved big things like TVs and clothing beforehand but otherwise, they handled everything else on the walls and furniture, ensuring it went back in the correct place for our return. Not to mention, we could trust this group in our home. We also like that David was patient with us to ensure we had the right colors. We had already picked ours out but looked to him for expertise on grade/sheen etc. and to see it reflected on the wall allowed us to confidently move ahead. We recently had David return to do exterior stucco patching and painting maintenance and same exact result. We are thrilled with this company and highly recommend to anyone with an upcoming painting project. For what it's worth, I'm a Project Manager, so I appreciate the details in how a company delivers on its promises to meet/surpass customer expectations
