"I just want to share how much of a pleasure it was to work with Diaz Painting! I am a raving fan! Quality of workmanship is very important to me as I own a home that was built in 1932. We have wood siding, wood windows and stucco on the exterior of our house. Rene and his team put the effort in to the prep work that I would expect and the end result was magnificent. They pressure washed, sanded peeling paint, repaired stucco, caulked and primed prior to painting. Once they started painting, they did two coats of paint! I even had a contractor that was doing work on the house across the street comment on the quality of work that they were doing! The two man crew did a good job in painting the areas I needed done, did two coats and completed in the time that was stated. Left remaining paint so I could do any touch-ups, which I needed to touch up the stairs. I would hire them again when we paint the rest of the house."

The painter that is doing the walls (would have used Danny's team but they were already booked solid) commented on how "wow, this took twenty years off of the house" -- he had seen it with the popcorn initially.  This painter also does popcorn removal; and, was clearly impressed  with Danny and his team's work.  
I'm also amazed at how fast the work was done.  I'm on a tight move in schedule; and, Danny and his team completed the job in two days as promised.  They are extremely organized and clean too...no trace of popcorn or anything else after they were done.
Once again, I highly recommend Danny and his team and plan to get estimates from him for future remodeling projects we have in mind for our new home.
