Fiesta Pool ServicesStarted Pool Service Oct 2019. Had a little issue towards the start with elevated CYA levels, but they responded quickly and helped to resolve and restore the balance. Since then the quality or work is excellent. One service person (Dante) took extra time to refresh the labels on my pump equipment, and made sure pool and spa valves were aligned properly (very important). Another person (Andrew) installed a new PSI gauge and took care to install so its easily read. Additionally I am kept informed if there is a delay or one off change in service.- Carol S.

Fiesta Pool ServicesTo be frank, I was pretty frustrated with my hot tub/spa heater. I started using Fiesta in early summer, 2020. They came recommended by a neighbor. The tech and whole staff was extremely patient as we figured out the issues... one by one. The owner listens well and was considerate. Sometimes, older pools have a snowball effect and I definitely did with this heater. It happens to be very cold right now and the hot tub is on, and I could not be more happy it is fixed. I am grateful for the fairness and understanding on their behalf. They are honest and I appreciate that.- jk b.

Southern Pool & SpaOne will not find a better pool service person than Duane Hatch at Southern Pool and Spa. He is most prompt and efficient in getting your pool problems resolved. He’s the best! Very honest and ethical. Arrives on time or will call to let you know that he will be a bit late. He’s an expert about all facets of pool maintenance; especially mechanical issues. Duane also happens to be very pleasant, possessing excellent manners and a delightful personality. Very professional. His prices are very reasonable. This company is very professionally run, starting with a quick and fair estimate that's easy to understand, frequent text updates to let customers know when their personnel will arrive, who those personnel are, and best of all the outstanding quality of their work is second to none. My 15,000 gallon swimming pool was 10 years old, with the water line tile discolored and the plaster faded and worn in several places. They cleaned the tile, removed old plaster approximately six-inches below the tile and six-inches from around returns, drains, and skimmers to allow room for the new plaster to blend in, then re-plastered the entire pool. The result is that our pool looks better then when it was new. And although they asked for 10 days to complete the entire job, we had a family issue that required it be done in eight. So they shifted their people around to accommodate us and were finished in seven. Thank you Wayne, Jay, Bryson, and all the guys that made our pool look new again. So far so good. I had to switch companies because the one I was using was leaving my Pool dirty and they charge extra to clean your filter! So far I have been happy with Fusion with my Pool and spa. I travel back and forth so I don’t have time to be on top of a messy Pool. Dave was easy to talk to and get set up on the day I preferred. They also don’t charge extra for cleaning your filter. I like their winter schedule too. Very reasonably priced and they take pictures of my pool and spa after the cleaning. Not just a pic of my pool! I would recommend them.

I went great! Terrance came out the afternoon I called. He assessed the situation, established a plan and provided an estimate on the spot, which he detailed and followed up with a formal email bid when he got back to the office. The construction of the addition had also left a great deal of bare ground and we had Andy's re-sod the grass. They provided some of the most beautiful grass I have seen in awhile. Work started on a Tuesday; the drainage system was finished on Thursday; the grass installation on Saturday morning. These folks are very professional. I see that some reviewers have said their prices are a little high. Having seen what too much runoff and flooding can do to property, we wanted a well established company to do the work and felt the bid was fair for the job. Once work got underway, we knew we had made the right choice.
