Sam was prompt and got job done.

He got my pump and filter working right away. IT WAS AWESOME. He gave me tips on how to keep my pump and filter running better. He did so in a way that I understood him completely. He was so patient and courteous. He also told me what I needed to do in order to remove the algae from the pool myself. I would recommend him to anyone. His professionalism is spot on.

Sam and Victor were great! They were able to come right away & start the process of shocking the pool. Visited every day to check on status, and gave us info on how to maintain the pool in good condition.

The service was wonderful! They answered by call right away, showed up when scheduled and provided a very reasonable estimate.  the work was scheduled the next week at which time they showed up on time (all the while letting me know when they would arrive by text).  they did the work in a very timely manner within the amount estimated and cleaned the work area before they left.  I will be referring and using their services to clean my pool this summer.  A very pleasant experience after working with so many that were not before finding this gentleman.  Thank you!

Mr. Garza came promptly and even sent me a text to let me know he was on his way. He saw that the real problem was the pool cartridge and offered a very simple solution. He only charged for the service call even though he also sealed a part that needed tightening. He was, as always, prompt, helpful, and professional. This is the third time Mr. Garza has worked on the pool, and it is thanks to him that our aging pool is still doing well. I recommend him highly and would not use anyone else. Kudos to Mr. Garza. He is the best!

If you're looking for good old fashioned customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and experience with swimming pools, then Sam, The Pool Guy is your man. I was hospitalized the last 7 days of June when we got all that wonderful rain in San Antonio. When i got home my back yard looked like a jungle and my pool was vividly avocado green. I called Sam and he came out to my home to evaluate my pool situation.  Sadly, he said the pool needed to be drained and re-surfaced.  Sam made all the arrangements and had the job completed in two days after our spring rains had abated.  I now have a beautiful blue sparkling swimming pool that looks brand new.  And the job was completed at a very reasonable price.  I'm also happy to report that Sam's dad has assumed the responsibility for monthly care of my pool and he's doing a fantastic job - and also at a very reasonable monthly cost.  As a 76 y/o senior citizen it gives me a great sense of relief to know that the care and maintenance of my pool is in very capable and professional individuals so I can sit back and enjoy being able to use my pool and not be concerned about the care of it.  So, if your pool needs some tender loving care, call Sam.  You won't be disappointed that you did.

Great work - very responsive in coming by to check on the problem and diagnose it.  Great job on the motor replacement, he was very conscientious replacing all of the gaskets, we ended up replacing the impeller as well as crud had built up on it.  Sam did a a great job and we'll use him again for sure.

Sam and Victor were awesome. Prompt, courteous and very fair. Quoted an initial price which I agreed to and when he got into to the work he noticed the scope of the work wasn't in depth as he first believed and adjusted his price accordingly. Extremely honest. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sam shows up right on schedule each week (even in the rain).  He cleans the pool, provides all normal maintenance and checks chemical balances each time he comes.  Sam is a very friendly, honest, hard working guy and I highly recommend his services!

Sam's been handling my pool maintenance for more than a year now, after my having gone through 3 other pool service companies who did not perform the work they were contracted to do.  My pool is crystal clean and clear year around.  Sam charges me $130/month ... a price that includes cleaning my DE filters twice yearly - a service for which the other companies wanted to charge me $100 extra!  Trust me, you want your pool to be clean and clear regardless of the weather, humidity, foliage, etc?  Then give Sam Garza a call ... he delivers!!

Just an amazing job, called Sam on the day the event occurred  and he immediately fix the problem the same day.   He is always available to answer all your pool questions and dependable to get the job done right.

Absolutely superb.
