A & J Resurfacing resurfaced the tile and tub in my house and repaired some cracks that had developed in the tile. The prep done by John was meticulous. The resurfacing done by Austin was beautifully done. They were both very COVID sensitive re: masks, etc. On both the prep and resurfacing day, my home was left spotless. April went beyond the call of duty and gave me a suggestion for faucets when I was running into issues with an old bathroom. They answered any questions, explained the process and were very punctual. The bathroom looked like new when finished. This is a family owed business. They stand by their work. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely thrilled beyond belief! My bathtub looks brand new. We’re so pleased with the outcome that I’ve already started recommending A&J Resurfacing to friends who work in home construction, real estate & interior design.

Everything went extremely well. Jeremy, the design consultant, made excellent recommendations on fixtures that looked great when installed. Bill and Quincy, the installers, took great care to do the job correctly and with a minimum of inconvenience to us (such as turning off the water for only a short time). We are very pleased and are now thinking about using them again to do our third bathroom.

My construction job went extremely well. Melissa and James are GREAT to work with. They are responsive, friendly, accommodating, and their work and staff are awesome! I would definitely call them in the future and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I am a tough sell on most things and they won me over. Unfortunately contractors get a bad reputation due to the nature of the business however, they are the direct opposite. I can’t say enough my home looks brand new. Attached my photos are before and after. The burgundy shutters is the before picture and the black shutters are the after pictures.

Overall the job went very well. The worker, Steve, who actually did the installation was very good and was meticulous in cleaning up after himself. The only hitch in the entire install was not even the fault of the installers, but was caused by the warehouse not sending the proper material. The contract specified 1 18" safety bar and one 24" bar, they were sent two 24" bars also they were to install a hand held shower head and sent was a fixed head which necessitated that one of the men had to return later to install the proper items. While they were here they kindly did some extra work such as installing a new mechanism for my front door latch which was broken as well as repair 2 holes in the bath room wall.

The people that did the installation were extremely professional and very neat. They came in put floor covering down and protected everything they might come in contact with. When they were done the clean up was so good you wouldn't even know they were there, except of course the beautiful bathroom they left behind.

I want to start by saying that this company is professional and responsive. We met with 3 remodeling companies to renovate our master bathroom. We were hoping we could move a wall to make it larger but that involved moving too much plumbing and a window. It was cost prohibitive. In the end we decided on ReBath. All work is done by their employees and they provided their liability and workers comp insurance. They required a 50% down payment. Rob, the salesmen for ReBath, met with us twice to discuss the design and contract. He then met us at the showroom to make final choices. We picked out everything in the colors, materials and style we wanted. Rob was very helpful in getting us to hone in on choices because there were so many. They started the demo about a week after the tentative start date on our contract. Everything was removed right down to the dry wall. They moved plumbing so the shower head would be on the opposite wall. They began with the shower installation. In our design we decided on a glass wall at the end of the shower that would be supported by a pony wall. My husband was there the morning of installation and called me at work to ask how low did I want it. That was one thing we didn't discuss in the design stage. The installer said most people do 4 ft so I said OK. When I got home I was not happy with 4 feet but I owned that mistake. This is a small bathroom and the wall made it feel even smaller. I called the owner, Steve (wonderful and very responsive guy) and asked what it would cost to lower it to 3ft or get a new vanity. He said he'd talk with the installer, Eric. Eric called a few minutes later and said it was no problem the lower the wall. Electrical was moved to accommodate two light fixtures and extra outlet. Ty was the installer and is a really nice guy. He also would do the repair of the drywall and painting so he left us a full color paint wheel so we could decide. Next came the installation of the vanity , sinks and granite countertop. Again, I got home and wasn't happy with my choice of vanity height. It was about 3 inches too tall and it overwhelmed the small bathroom. My husband called Steve and explained the issue. He said he'd call the installer. A short while later we were called back that they would make it right by cutting down the vanity at the base by 3 inches. This meant removal of the sinks to the plumbing and counter top so it was not an quick fix. Then they had to reinstall everything. Once that was done it looked perfect. Next came the floor tile. They left a grout sampler so we could decide on the color of our grout. Without the tiles (that we'd picked out a month or two before) I wasn't sure what would look right. Ty called me and asked which grout we'd picked out. I explained that without the tile I wasn't sure and I couldn't leave work. He drove to my office with the tiles and let me try the grout sample against the tile. I made my selection and the floor was in when I got home from work. Next came the toilet installation. Last came the shower door and glass wall. The installer, Jack, called us a week before to give us a date for the installation. He called when he realized a piece was missing and we rescheduled. Another beautiful job! When everything was installed we created a punch list of things that needed their attention and they again followed up. Of course the longevity of the finished product
