"Everyone; from the salesman that initially came in and explained the services offered, to the installer that completed the work; were completely professional. They efficiently removed the old shower and extended the original space to twice the size by removing a dead space wall. All of the wood and insulation was replaced and the plumbing updated. The final product is elegant and spacious. The installer in particular took great care to make sure that every evening after working that the space was cleared of clutter. When the shower was finished, he made sure to clean the space and returned everything to where it was before he came in. Everyday he would update us on how the install was progressing and when he would expect to be complete. Our new shower is everything we were promised and more. The extended size of the shower and the hanging glass doors gives the entire room an completely new feel and openness that was previously missing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to update/replace their current bathroom/shower."

We hardly heard any noise, and they were always courteous, explaining everything to us, asking us to inspect the work, and then cleaning up quickly and efficiently. They refinished part of our wall and installed the most perfect, beautiful new shower for us. The company also walked us through every step of the way, following up with phone calls and emails. "They were pretty good about getting started, however it was delayed a day after scheduling because they did not have all the material that they needed. We had a new bath installed and new flooring out in. There was some minor problems - most annoyingly, a nail was hammered into the new floor. When they came back to fix the problem they did so efficiently. Now I have a nail in my floor with some silicone over it. The bath did look nice however so if you only want them to do a bath they might be your best bet."

"Sales process was painful and was the least enjoyable contracting experience I have ever had. Salesman used a bait-and-switch in the contract and ultimately suckered me out of extra cash to do the work we had originally agreed upon. Then didn't listen to my instructions and wrote the contract for the wrong siding. His boss promised to call and follow up within a week with possible options to remedy. Never called.
Production guys were ok. Enjoyed having them here, even though they scratched up some of my personal possessions, they didn't clean up, they cut the gutter downspout the wrong length, and the quality of their finish work was average at best. But my real issue is with the sales staff. Never again."
