  • Mad City Windows & Baths
We enjoy our windows from Mad City. We no longer hear noise from the street as we did with our old windows which were difficult to raise and lower. The installers came on time, were courteous, installed the windows in one day, and cleaned up after they finished.

  • American Craftsmen of NC
American craftsmen showed up on time, worked steadily and did a beautiful job on the roof. They also installed permanent gutter guards. We were well pleased with their work and would highly recommend

  • Triangle Classic Homes Inc
Carl and his crews were punctual and did fine work. It was easy to communicate with him and Ralph. Any texts were answered right away.In spite of shortages caused by Covid, they finished the job in the time frame Carl had suggested.

  • Big Sky Homes Inc
The whole project went perfectly. The pandemic related supply problems were dealt with as were finding matching interior wood flooring and exterior Trex decking. The major demolition and reconstruction were well planned and quickly completed given the winter weather and to maintain the security of the premises. Scott is very easy to deal with and extremely competent

You can't find a better team for your home improvement. Tyler was my main contact for our project, and it was a pleasure to work with him. TCH was very fair and honest with the entire process - from the estimate to the completion of their work. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with their work and keep you updated with info as the work is under way

  • Aluminum Company of North Carolina
The job went very well. Here are some examples: - Had siding work scheduled for March but they were actually able to start in February. When does that ever happen? - There were a few minor mistakes on the job but they were resolved without delaying the project or additional charges. - On a whim I mentioned that our chimney leaked when it rained despite it going through multiple repairs. Reed saw an issue, had it fixed and it hasn't leaked since (over a month now and several down pours). The cost was minor. - The new, expensive windows we had installed by another organization last year had to be redone (just the vinyl) with the siding install. They look twice as good and the work was noticeably done with more care. - Our 1930s farmhouse has very nice but weathered columns out front. One of the bases had split badly and Reed fixed it on his own time just because he "likes figuring out and fixing little issues like that". - Workers were friendly and approachable

  • Carolina Solar Control Inc
Fantastic. We used this company over 20 years ago in our first house, so we were thrilled that they would come to ENC to do our new house. Looks fantastic, perfect protection from intense sunlight but still maintains the look and visibility, plus the 3M product is the best! The service technician Jamie was very knowledgeable and professional, worked diligently during his time here. Susan Harris - who we worked with all along- was outstanding.. especially as I kept adding on areas ... and variable light control needs! Excellent from start to finish. Great organization and great product! Highly Recommend

  • Apex Energy Solutions
They were able to build replacements for all of our windows that look great (including a round window). The metal trim around the outside of the windows looks wonderful. We can already tell that the triple paned windows are keeping the heat on the side that we want it on. Their price was below what we saw from other companies and the quality is great

  • Storm Guard
Storm Guard did everything they said they would and more. They were a pleasure to work with and I have recommended them to my family and friends.

  • Big Sky Homes Inc
Scott was a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The teams he brought in to do the work were top notch. We love our new kitchen, sunroom and new covered deck. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend Big Sky Homes Inc.
