I love it! The service was very professional and done in a timely manner. They addressed any concerns I had and they explained in full detail the process. I would definitely recommend Bella Brothers to everyone I know.

The Bella Brothers Team helped make a daunting project into a manageable one. This was a one stop shop which included all materials, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and design skills and it was executed beautifully. In spite of supply chain issues which delayed the project, the project manager kept in communication and proceeded as soon as they were able once all materials were in and with no further delay. The contractor was a talented, skilled professional who creatively met each challenge. The rooms were transformed beautifully

We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom remodeled in September/October of 2020. This is a good company. They are a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for which includes having a project manager that deals with all the headaches that go with a remodeling project. This company returns your calls, replies to your emails and keeps their appointments. The bathrooms look beautiful. The contractors we were assigned (Jon and Leo) did a really super great job. We had Mike F. as our project manager. We really liked him a lot. He was very personable, communicated with us, was on top of the remodeling progress and even threw in our master clothes closet to be painted at no extra charge. The painter they sent (Luiz) did a phenomenal job with the painting. Tom (the owner), Arsan (the designer) and Laura (the admin asst) were all a pleasure to work with. We would recommend this company

From the start with the estimate by the owner to the completed project I could not be more satisfied. I was so impressed with the honest and integrity of the owner I did not get any other estimates and I am definitely a "shopper." We went to the showroom to pick our selections and this was an excellent experience. We were given a timeline for the start of the project which was a little delayed but constantly communicated to us. A project manager was assigned to the job who checked in person almost every day. Prior to starting the work the entire area from the front door to the bath was covered with self adherent plastic. The attention to detail was perfect. Changes were accommodated. The job was actually completed by one technician who was here every day. Any time I had questions I communicated with the project manager who responded very quickly. Every time I go to that bathroom I am more pleased. I absolutely would use this company for any other project I have in the future. I have an absolute comfort level that I can call with any problems and I know they will be resolved. This is without question a reputable company. Actually I referred them to a long time friend who is having 2 complete bathroom remodels done

First visit was to determine why shower head was leaking. it was determined that wall needed to be taken down and later found pipes needed to be replaced. New shower, shower doors, tiles and hardware were installed. Every was great from start to finish.

Neal was the first contractor to respond to my request for a quote and after doing a walk-thru with three contractors total, offered a fair quote in the fastest time span. As a first time homebuyer and investor, Neal and his team were wonderful to work with over the 3 months it took them to renovate my multi-family from top to bottom. They completed a number of jobs -- demo and cleaning out an old cluttered basement, gutting and updating 3 kitchens and bathrooms, refinishing wood floors, installing vinyl in kitchens and bathrooms, painting, and exterior painting and woodwork. Neal relies on a wonderful core team of workers and hardworking sub-contractors to do more specialized work. He's very communicative, even a bit quirky. Even when issues emerged that we hadn't planned for (rotted sewer pipes for example), the team never hesitated to recommend multiple solutions and were real about the additional costs. They paid attention to detail, brought me in on any potential changes, and kept me in the loop on a regular basis to ensure I was tracking the progress and any changes. My favorite part of this was that I felt Neal and the team had my best interest at heart and that trust made a seemingly stressful project really manageable and low stress. All in all, I'm very pleased with the experience and plan to have Housing Solutions complete additional projects on my punch list. Highly recommend

Great service at a great price. I purchased the fixture on my own and they did the install. I easily saved a few hundred bucks by doing this.

"Jay" from ValDel Plumbing showed up exactly on time after I arranged appointment on short notice. The quoted price I thought was high. But, we agreed on a reasonable price. Our 3rd time using Val Del. I don't even bother calling others anymore. This time I had leaking fixtures from an old Water Softner. The unit was too heavy to remove. So, Jay had 2 DelVal workers come out at 8AM the next morning. They removed the heavy salt from the unit (messy back-breaking job, and removed unit, cleaned up. I would never call another plumber

The ValDel team completed the work on time and at a reasonable cost. They worked efficiently, restored the work area, and cleaned up completely. They kept me informed while they worked, which was important on my project as it involved some discovery activity, and they did not leave until I said I was satisfied with their work

Neal and his team did a wonderful job on the renovations to our kitchen. His crew, led by Dave, removed walls and ceilings to create an new kitchen. New electric feeds with GFIC were run to replace old knob and tube wiring. Refrigerator was temporally relocated in to dining room while work on the kitchen was being completed. Recessed LED lighting was added on three separate banks to allow beautiful lighting for the kitchen. All new appliances were installed and two-tone cabinets. His floor crew was able to add new vinyl flooring after walls and cabinets were installed. Bradshaw the plumber did a great job moving a radiator to allow access to cabinets that were previously blocked. He also updated the old cast iron plumbing to new PVC. New lines for Dishwasher and Pot filler and sink were installed. New workstation was constructed and refrigerator was relocated into a recessed area with top mounted cabinet. As with any major renovation project, there were some issues, but Neal always made sure to address them and find a resolution. We would definitely recommend Neal to our friends and use him for all our future Renovations

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
