I have done some other renovation projects in the past and I was concerned that they wait until all your materials are in stock before they start. But now I totally get that concept! There were delays with a few items and I wasn’t waiting around in a demolished house. Demo started once everything arrived! Savana, Dale, Kevin and the rest of the team did an amazing job. They were kind and courteous to me. And clean, neat and respectful of my home. If a problem came up, they fixed it immediately. They finished a week early and stayed on budget. On the day of the appointment, I received an email with the name and photo of the technician. I also received a phone call with an approximate arrival time, which was spot on. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient. Payment at the time of the service was easy and I received emails shortly afterwards with the details of the work, payment confirmation, etc. The overall service was exactly how I expect most things like this to happen, but often does not. The Service Rep from Phixer was very professional, punctual, and neat, as he worked. He arrived on time and was finished in one hour as estimated. The cost was reasonable and the work was very efficient. He explained everything that would be needed and the estimate became actual cost. I would rehire this service for other plumbing needs in the future. Also, Mr. Harvier, followed safe Covid-19 guidelines for our building and came with mask and gloves, and safe distancing. 7/6/20

Absolutely AMAZING work!! Beyond anything I would have imagined!!! The professionalism and efficiency of the entire experience starting with the Project Managers Otto Boy and Nick Barker through the actual installation with John and Jimmy were exceptional!! The work was performed with excellence. They had to replace the air handler that had rust and wood rot from water damage with the old unit. And their work was absolutely first rate!! They cleaned up the entire area of all debris. I can’t thank ServiceOne enough for the quality of workmanship and service. I’ve already referred a friend. I’m a customer for life!

The labor charge was $275. I purchased a Moen fixture ($145) as requested by Jeff's Kitchen and Bath. The plumber inspected the fixture and approved it. When the installation was complete, I inspected the fixture mount and it was loose. The plumber then told me that he could adjust it. When I returned, the fixture was firmly attached. What I did not realize at the time is that the plumber did not use the correct attaching screws that came with the Moen fixture. That would have required him to remove the in-wall balancing valve that he had just installed. Instead, he used a super glue type of product to create the appearance that the fixture was installed properly. It took 65 days from the date of install by Jeff's for the glue to fail and for the fixture to become loose. When I called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath I was told that they had a 30-day warranty on their workmanship and that I was out of luck. A 30-day warranty on a plumbing job? I have researched "plumber workmanship warranties" on the internet and sites like "diynot.com cite a minimum of 1-year warranties on similar plumbing jobs. Cleverly, Jeff's invoices do not indicate any warranty at all. If you were about to remodel your entire bathroom or kitchen, would you hire a firm that only warranties its work for 30 days? The individual I spoke to at Jeff's was insulting and constantly cut me off in mid sentence.
