So I asked for another review of my project. I was hoping and very happy that David was the one coming over today. He's very easy to talk to, and covered every aspect of the project. Great! These guys were very professional and hardworking. They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! In the unlikely event I would need another house foundation repaired, I'd call them again

We live out of state and bought a home that was on a short sale that had been empty for three years and needed everything done to it. I was very anxious about getting a contractor because everyone kept telling me there was no way I could trust a Florida contractor and not be down there the entire time. I had a realtor that I had worked with before and on this house that I really trusted and she had given me names of contractors she knew. I knew that Rob Donovan knew the house because he had did a estimate for the people that had backed out of the sale before us. So I had a list of three contractors I was going to meet and set up times with each of them. The first contractor I met with went ok but I didn't feel that great about it. The second Contractor I met I did not like at all. I had a meeting with Rob Donovan the next day , instantly I felt at ease. He went thru the entire house with me answered all my questions. I felt he was a honest sincere person and I trusted him from the start. Originally I was just going to narrow the search down and have my husband fly down to meet with them and decide. I hired Rob the day I met him. We set up a time for him to measure and give me a estimate the day of closing on house. I felt like he was fair on the price and went out of his way to find ways to save me money. The house had mold issues that concerned me and he was there to assure me it can be taken care of and he did. He was so prompt on answering any questions I had. They started on the house in July as soon as the permit came in. They did everything to the house , windows , doors, roof, stucco, ac, pool, garage , ceiling repair. The house was completely trashed inside and out. Rob went above and beyond his job for us. I'm not good with picking out things and I asked him if he could pick out the front door and the paint colors. He did a amazing job. I arrived back in Florida in August and could not believe how much was already done and how great it was looking. Rob went thru the entire house with me several times to see if anything was missed or anything else needed done. Anytime I had any kind of question or needed something he was so prompt getting it taken care of. I had the chance to meet his crew, such a great talented group of men. They also went above and beyond their job. They hauled out refrigerator for me, carried up a mattress for me, hooked up my dishwasher , washer and dryer, and the water on the refrigerator. One of the things I liked about Rob was he is a family man and his crew is his family too. We were completely impressed and happy with everything they did. The entire process went so fast and without stress or problems. I would highly recommend Total Home Construction

I was selling my house and the home inspector had stated that the foundation wall was pushed in a 1/2 inch at the bottom. Although the inspector did not call for any needed repair, I called Advanced Basement Solutions for a second opinion to ensure that everything was okay. I asked the company to inspect my foundation for any need for repair or preventative measures. The Company was responsive, prompt, informative and recommended no action needed at this time (either for repair or for prevention). The gentleman that handled the inspection gave tips on what could be done in the event that there ever was a problem (including supporting straps that prevent the wall from buckling and achors that could pull the wall back). Both of those would cost approx $3600.00 which seemed like a reasonable price. I find it very rare that a company would operate with such integrity as to not try to take advantage of the situation. I would recommend them to everyone

DO NOT USE!! They made my foundation worse and practically ran off the job. They left the metal jacks I paid for under the house but they are just sitting there and not supporting the floor. Stay away.

He came and said it wasn't serious, and said I have to get a handyman. Water's coming down, is draining, and running in the basement. My daughter was there. He said it was a small handyman's job. He looked at it. He was wonderful, he didn't try to take advantage of me, and he told me the truth. I found him on Angie's List, he had a lot of reviews, and that's why I called him. He didn't quote a price. I give him higher ratings and would use him if needed in the future

Alan was present within 45 minutes of our call. Within hours they had secured the opening, essentially a whole wall. They prepared a professional quotation for the insurance company - not one word was questioned, due to the complete proposal, and had the job finished within a few days after the go-ahead. Their speed was fantastic, the quality better than I had imagined, the customer care and respect was the best I have seen anywhere and the overall job was super. Alan was especially quick and Eric, the on-the-job manager, went out of his way to insure a good, complete job. "Eddie, his family and his crew are AMAZING!!!! Eddie is very friendly and funny but extremely professional and detail oriented. He does an amazing job and does not cut "corners". He is honest with his quotes and it's truly an artist. He will give you an honest response to any of your worries, you can be assured that Eddie and his crew will take care of you with white silk gloves. A couple of years ago, we had him to fix something in our master bedroom that required taking the carpet out and we decided to put tile instead of replacing the carpet. The tile work was amazing!! Then, we painted the bedroom and we had an incredible fresh new look. Recently, we had him again to fix the ceiling of our nook area (due to a leak from the 2nd floor). They did an amazing job!!! His son and wife recreated exactly the same texture on the ceiling as the rest of the area and then painted the ceiling. Also, replaced the baseboards of the nook area and pantry and painted it. Another issue we had was on a front window that in an area the drywall was flaking and they fixed it and painted it with the exact color paint as the original area. We are extremely happy with his work. Next, we have him to do our master bath shower. We truly trust Eddie and his family. You can rest assured you will be taking care of. It might take a little time to get Eddie because he is such a high demand, but trust me, the wait is worth it. You wont regret it. Thank you Eddie & familly.
