"Carol handled scheduling. She was very responsive and even called to confirm the upcoming appointment. Omar was the technician who did the work. He proactively showed me how the existing fiberglass had some bubbling before he applied the new coat. I appreciated this, as it was meant to save us both some grief in case I noticed the bubbling after the work was completed. Besides being an incredibly nice guy, Omar did great work. I couldn't be happier with how the showers turned out. I'm realistic about the durability of this technique. I asked a bunch of questions about how to keep them looking good, as I'd like to get as much life out of them as possible. I've been using them for a week now, and so far so good. "We met Fenny and hired him based on a good friend's recommendation. We expected to see him on a regular basis while the job was being done. He only came by 2 or 3 times and that was after I shared my disapproval of not seeing him. The two men that did the majority of the work were very professional and did good quality work. However I felt like I had to communicate my ideas and what needed to be done instead of it being Fenny or the project manager. The only reason we stuck with this company was because I trusted the two men to do a good job. Fenny never even checked with us when the project was completed or to do a walk through. Instead the project manager showed up unannounced when we weren't home. Not cool.
