Our neighbor had work done by Mad City and she was impressed which is why we contacted and hired them for our bath remodel! My only suggestion would be to have someone from the office follow up with a call after the job was finished to ask about our satisfaction and any other feedback that would be relevant for their company. - ALLEN KITCHEN AND BATHWe searched for a while to find the company we thought would be best to renovate our master bathroom. We picked a winner when we selected Allen Kitchen and Bath. Joe came to our condo and looked over the jacuzzi we wanted removed, the shower we wanted moved, the vanity we wanted replaced. He worked with us at his office to plan the details. He stayed in touch as the project proceeded. Clark, the lead carpenter and main contact for the work, was superb to work with. The new finished shower – no door, very spacious, great fixtures – is a delight to use. The look of the bathroom is beautiful. We are so happy that we chose Allen and so grateful to Joe and to Chad and their team for making this all happen

I did call to have some caulking re-done along the base that had separated. They did came out and did the work, but the person didn’t seem thrilled to be there (even though it was a very short job). - Mad City Windows & BathsI had Mad City remodel my bathroom to demo and replace the existing bathtub and surround with a large shower enclosure featuring S-curve sliding glass shower doors and Kauai shower head. I needed an easy access, unobstructed walk-in shower as my periodic bouts of severe arthritis prevented me from bending and lifting my knees to get over the edge of a tub. I was afraid of falling and slipping when trying to get over the edge of the tub. The crew from Mad City did excellent work installing my new shower enclosure. Everything works perfectly and I so enjoy simply walking into and using the shower every day. It is so easy to get in and out and so roomy to move around when I need to sit and stretch my legs. The fixtures and materials used are top quality. The installation workmanship is detailed and of high quality, even down to how neatly and carefully the guys applied the caulking. This installation was done almost a year ago and everything still looks new and continues to work very well. The crew was very courteous and polite, explained the entire installation process to me, answered all my questions, and kept the work area very clean. I would definitely use Mad City again when it comes time to remodeling my other bathrooms. Job No.: 43936
