Full House Appliance Repair, LLC, is a locally owned and operated company with fifteen years of industry experience. We value honesty, integrity and we stand behind our work, offering a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. We look forward to building long term relationships with our clients so call us today!

"Ben visited our condo twice to examine leaking water from a GE washing machine . Both calls were quick with little examination . The first appointment cost $120 and Ben said the leaking water was coming from front of washer. There was a small line of water coming from the front. I cleaned door gasket after and found water dripping from the back Of the washer . The next appointment was free. All Ben did was take off the back of washer and said quickly there is rust around the bearing housing and water leaking from there . He said you need a new washer. He did not test the play of drum in the front or turn the drum to see how much noise was coming from turning the drum . He just made an incorrect diagnosis and spent more time advocating where to buy a new washer from. I did a $ 50 video call with another company { removed company Name} to verify ben work. I found the leak was a loose hose clamp. The bearing is fine . No drum play . I would not use Full house . I asked for a refund. "

"We were talked into buying one of their warehouse deals , which means you lose all rights to return the unit. Well their delivery drivers damaged the freezer drawer in transport. Luckily I did buy the warranty so we're covered right? Well, yes and no. Their warranty company, Diamond, has yet to fix our freezer drawer as of 7/5/18 and we bought the unit on April 24th. We've contacted both a number of times. Honestly, this kind of post purchase service is awful. I would just own up to the lemon and offer a credit towards another purchase. Instead, we will never be going back to this store knowing how they stand behind their sales, and I will make sure to let all who will listen know this as well."

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

It's good to contact the manufacturer first to see if any warranties still exist, and if they have any specific repair persons they recommend. Some specialty units or smart units may require the assistance of a manufacturer-approved technician. Oven issues can be more challenging to diagnose than other appliances in the home because many of the parts are difficult to access for inspection or replacement. Some common oven repairs involve replacing damaged burners, heating coils, or electric cables. Purchasing additional parts, such as a new heating coil may also increase the total repair cost.

Costs depend on appliance age, issue complexity, part availability, and labor rates.

Hiring a reputable appliance removal company can start with a referral from a family member or friend or online recommendation. Research the company to ensure they have positive customer reviews and provide the services you need within your budget.

Ask your potential appliance removal company the following questions before hiring:

  • Are you able to disconnect my appliance before removing it?

  • Are you fully insured?

  • Does the removal price include the cost of dumping?

  • Do you offer any kind of warranty that covers damage to my property during the removal?

One of the best ways to prevent costly repairs is to take good care of your microwave,  including cleaning your microwave regularly. If your microwave is covered in an embarrassing amount of gunk, there are a variety of simple tricks to get your microwave squeaky clean

Common household ingredients like lemons, vinegar, and baking soda will combat grease as effectively as harsh chemical solutions. Microwaves kept in good condition typically last about ten years.

Regular cleaning, checking burners for clogs, and avoiding excessive grease buildup help maintain performance.
