Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous. We had multiple estimates done and theirs was by far the most reasonable. Our windows look wonderful and installation was a breeze. Would hire them again for another job in a heartbeat.

We've used Jordan Exteriors in the past and this latest job was consistent with our previous experience. Jordan Exteriors fully met expectations and the entire experience was absolutely perfect. The quality of workmanship and products they use are top-notch. The pre-sales process is so easy with Joe coming over and giving us a no-hassle quote with exactly what we needed. We would hire them again, and again, and again. The price was very competitive and fair. We love our new windows and sliding patio door.

I so wanted to move before we had to replace the roof on our circa 1960 architecturally interesting beast of a flat roof. But when we were doing what we thought were modest fixes to prepare for painting, we discovered a "squishy" roof and couldn't put it out. Thanks to suggestions from friends and info from Angi, we got 3 estimates from 3 great companies. All agreed the roof needed replaced, each suggested a different substance but all 3 prices were about the same. We worked with Tyler who educated us just enough to help us make an informed decision. What set the Frey estimate apart was they included a lower roof, gutters, new coping (we all know how these jobs seem to creep) and it was August and they said they thought they could get it done before the end of the year. Once you know you roof needs replaced, it seems like it rains every day and you want it done. He explained there were others before us, and Tammy kept us in the loop. Hand to God, in December, it was our turn. As promised, they got it done before the end of the year. I wasn't sure about having it done in December, but they worked quickly. We were updated about the schedule. It was Covid so we didn't have contact. When the snow melted we found very little roofing debris and they came out to pick up any materials that remained. We paid for everything, we were fine but then friends and neighbors pointed out the color we chose didn't work with the house. We chose white, but we didn't realize how much of the roof was roof and how much was white. I emailed my concerned, Tammy forwarded it to her people. Jason, John and Lyncs came back and were professional and kind and suggested a way to tone down the white. Again, I was updated and they replaced, covered over, I'm not sure what else and we couldn't be happier. It was our fault and we were fully prepared to pay for the extra supplies and time - but Frey Construction did it for no extra charge. Like I said, I didn't want to do a roof and I hope I never have to do a roof again. But if you need a roof, Frey is the company to go with. I felt they wanted to do a great job and wanted us to be happy and they did both of those things. A homeowner had to trust with a new roof. I don't think I'll ever see it, but I know it was done well. It's a quirky house with interesting architecture and a 50 year old roof that hasn't leaked. Previous homeowners thought about replacing it but didn't. I get it. We are so happy to have this in the rear view mirror and grateful to everyone at Frey's. If you think you might need to replace your roof, don't wait til August to contact roofers. But if that happens to you, go to Frey.

Dan had his crew of 4 at our house at 8am, on the morning of March 8th and we were ready for them. After unloading their equipment they started on the window removal process. 2 men working on the outside and 2 working on the inside. Those working on the inside wore masks at our request. No problem at all. They worked like a crew that had been doing new window installs for many years. Took a well deserved lunch break around noon for an hour and then were back at it. They finished everything just after 5pm. All the window coverings were reinstalled, all the window trim and new sills were replaced, nail holes filled in, floors cleaned up. One piece of siding had gotten damaged during the removal but Joe told me about it right away and had already found a supplier who could match the same color. 2 days later Dan came over with the new siding, only a small part needed replacement, and cut out the right size and installed it. He gave us the rest of the replacement siding to keep incase we should ever need it in the future. Everyone was polite, friendly and respectful. We would certainly call Jordan Xteriors again for any more work in the future.

Frey construction was very responsive...we were coordinating the new roof and some solar panel installations and they were very good about being clear what they needed from us and from the solar company. They showed up on time, they finished in one day vs. the two promised (they probably brought some extra people) and cleaned up everything very nicely. I would certainly highly recommend them. Chris

Wonderful! From estimate (thanks Joe) to install the staff were great. Very timely estimate and smooth, quick and efficient install. I took advantage of the deal they had; saving money plus working with experts was a big plus. Thanks to Mike and crew for doing an awesome install job! Highly recommend.

Great! Jordan Exteriors did a great job. The quoted price was reasonable, the work was high quality, and the day of everything went smooth. The communication before hand was responsive and did a good job setting expectations. I was very happy with the experience and the quality for the price I paid. I would happily work with them again.

It couldn't have gone better, and that's coming from someone that's incredibly detail-oriented. Mick was in and out of our house for almost a year between all of the various projects he completed, I can't think of a thing to complain about. He's focused, detailed, flexible, reasonably priced and a genuinely good person. On top of that, his work is beautiful. If he patches a wall (even a large patch), you'd never guess that there was a hole in the first place. When we decided on handmade tile for our shower, he laid the tile methodically so that the natural variations in height flowed seamlessly. Our bathroom cabinets had to fit in a tight space, and his measurements were spot on. I didn't take us long to realize that we could trust him with any project in his wheelhouse, which took a big weight off of us as homeowners. Finally, when the inevitable hiccups did occur (just a regular part of remodeling), he was happy to sit down with us and find the right solution. He was also unerringly patient and friendly when I asked him to explain a piece of the project to me in further detail. He will guide you through a project, but still leave you feeling like a partner. Truly, I can't say enough good things. We recommend him with no reservations. He worked for us during the pandemic and was always careful so that everyone stayed safe.
